I was a Duelbits user for a few bets, but not as much as the OP spent dealing with account suspension cases. Because this matter is currently under investigation, it would be best if we wait for the results to be announced by Duelbits. As far as I'm concerned Duelbits won't take your money away, the amount you spend shouldn't be a problem for a casino as big as Duelbits. But back to the casino rules, if there are things that are considered suspicious then they should be investigated until all of them reach evidence that is truly valid and can be accounted for.

As long as you didn’t violate any rules, the wait can be more worth it. Though it seems the normal process quiet longer, the investigation should be done the right way. This is a huge money already, and I know Duelbits will be fair here. You won a good money and got lucky for that, just be more patience and let’s all wait for the update.

Well, as I read the OP post and saw those images, I told myself that you just need to wait, as they say, give them ample time to fix this issue. I know this gambling casino they never ruin their reputation and this is the first time I have heard complaints against them.
Try to approach them again regarding this matter or post this into their ANN thread which they are also very active there. I want to hear their side with a valid reason too.

I don't want to butt in but I think your statement generalized all casinos as shady and now you are saying that Dueibits is rigged since we are tackling issues arise from a player of Duelbits.  Please set your statement clear so that we won't misunderstand things.  The casino doesn't deny that they froze the funds and they are investigating it.  They don't have any conclusion of it yet so saying a premature judgment on Duelbits is unfair.

Indeed, I'll be worried too. Duelbits is not a scam site. It is a site that has been on the forum for a long time and has built up a more than good reputation. That's the right approach, casinos have a foolproof system that can verify the activities of their users it was created for cheaters but for serious and honest players there is nothing to worry about, but there is no perfect system, they do not want to mark users scam right away without due diligence if it's a scam casino they will just mark you as cheaters without further explanation but Duelbits has a reputation to protect, they want to make sure that their system is good in their perception and they want to be fair to their users since it's already posted here let Duelbits address this issue, it could take time but it will be fair.

It's a pity that this unpleasant story has happened to you over time, I read their tos and there is nothing said about the limits on withdrawal amounts, but at the same time there is a clause about changing the rules at any time, however, if the changes are significant, then they notify about it 14 days before the entry. In your case, Duelbits apparently considered your actions suspicious, but why don't they directly talk about it, why risk your reputation for $16k.

Wait a bit longer. If nothing happens, you should open a scam accusation topic in the scam accusations subforum of Bitcointalk. You might get a better investigation there.

I think they really come into trouble --the suggestion that I have read above was right, just create another thread on the accusation board it seems they are letting their reputation be ruined. They have been here for I think a year but ven a single response on this issue they did not appear here.
