 They just letting there customer to wait longer just to find a valid reason to invalidate the user winnings.


Is this an accusation or what do they have prior accusations like this are you sure Duelbits is doing this to any one of their customers in the past, if you have I'd like to be informed if you don't have one then shut up and let Duelbits address this issue don't create a baseless accusation.

This seems to be a serious issue. It is a good thing that you brought you it up here since Duelbits is active here, I hope they resolve it very soon since you have been waiting for more than 2 weeks now. It's not good if you'll ask me. But keep being patient and wait for them. 16 days is a long time frame IMO, perhaps Duelbits can share some overview about your case (what is the account's issue and so on) so we'll also be enlightened about this one.

As per my experience, I have no bad experience depositing, playing, and withdrawing with Duelbits. I also been there since 2020, but I'm a smaller gambler compared to you OP.

There seems a problem with his case as even the customer support was not able to any information on his case. It's a good thing that the OP has raised this concern to the public so Duelbits will be able to provide information on his issue.

Anyways, it's a good sign that the customer support is still acknowledging the issue and is able to provide an update on it. But still the fact that this issue has not been resolved for more than 2 weeks, Duelbits should be able to provide as to why there is hold for more than 2 weeks.

As per my experience, I have no bad experience depositing, playing, and withdrawing with Duelbits. I also been there since 2020, but I'm a smaller gambler compared to you OP.

The forum representative has been inactive 10 days ago maybe because they are busy so they are not active but maybe if there is a problem like this the forum representative should know about this problem so that this problem or misunderstanding can be handled faster.
But if the forum representative is still not active, try asking Hhampuz as the Duelbits promotion representative so that he can contact the duelbits representative in whatever way he can to tell him who can see this problem.

I hope you are aware that the Job of the support is to forward your case to the technical teams who handle withdrawal and any problems that have to do with the funds of the user, the customer support can't do much unless he continues to forward your case subsequently but rest assure that you will see your money from Duelbits in full.
This is why it is always better to do KYC at first if you want to use Gambling services, you would hardly encounter any problems with them except when you abuse their system or found violating their privacy policy.

I assume OP passed the KYC verification, so I think 16 days+ waiting for the pending withdrawal is way too long.  I trust Duelbits because they are known as a reputable casino in this forum and had long been playing there but I think solving this case for more than 10 days is long enough to verify if the user is doing an illegal activity which I don't think he is since Duelbits hasn't raised that concern until today.  It is kinda mind-boggling but I hope to hear a representative from the Casino clear this accusation for us.  And @OP I hope your issue will be solved soon just add more patience and good luck.

First, Op presented his case well with detailed proves of win and conversation with Duelbits.

Second, duelbit is a trusted casino company with long reputation in the forum as many people will agree that they don't scam and they don't have intentions to.

My account with them since 2020 my username sasky1994 . but before 17 days after they see my account have good green profit they asked me for my KYC i sent to them the KYC and i waiting them 6 days after that they told me they done the KYC but your account under investigation they delete my all balance and i waiting them 16 days every day i ask them about my case they told me please be patient is that fair? This my last big win in screenshot
I see duelbits.com as a reputable company , but anyways I suggest you exercise more patient as you've lunch this complain,I know is a kind of frustrating having your funds locked, I guess any of their representative might come across this post here and come up with a response and solution to your problem or you should give them a call if you haven't in order to have one on one conversation with their customers service representative.

The words "balance" and "logs" have very different meanings. Moreover, as you can see from the screenshots of the conversation with the support, they did not delete his balance but put it "on hold" until the case is resolved. This is a normal procedure in almost all casinos.

As I said before, please read more carefully before posting.



That's not "normal". If his funds got frozen the moment he hit it big then they're up to no good. That's shady moves by duelbits, maybe instead of protecting crypto casinos which are known for all sorts of shady moves call them out on their shit so this guy gets his money.

Hi bro thank you for words i can waiting them another 16 days not a problem if they solve my case as you see i was told them just give me the date time.. i have 16k not easy for me so i can wait more but if my case not fixed with another 16 days so what should i do? That's pretty frustrating to not get an answer to simple questions. Duelbits is one of the growing casinos as far as I see from forum ads, I don't want to think they freeze accounts for no real reason. Your winning amount is pretty normal, based on current information I don't understand why they don't pay. As I see from screenshots you have multiple withdraws before that happened without any problem. What's changed? They need to give a satisfying answer why they still put you on hold for days this time. Hopefully one of their public relations specialist will see this thread and give everyone a good answer to erase question marks about the company.

Duelbits is not a scam site. It is a site that has been on the forum for a long time and has built up a more than good reputation. If the site has decided not to pay out the winnings, we can rest assured that the terms and conditions have been violated by the player in question. Also keep in mind that every now and then it takes a certain amount of research time to verify and review things. It could also have something to do with the KYC presumably.
