I am not experienced in following bounties. because I've only been following it a few times. but all the bounties that I have participated in all paid me smoothly. and the price is pretty good too. and of course I use analysis before following the bounty. The analysis can be based on fundamentals and utility. and see if the project goes according to the roadmap. And don't forget to read the whitepaper too. if we examine carefully. then we will avoid fraud.

Bounty are not popular nowadays so I think it's not a good way to make money in the market, you should refer to some other ways.

I heard that some bounties fail to pay participants at the end of work. Considering this senerio, how can one know which bounty is a good to participate in?
It is not a very easy task. I think since crypto is going through a bearish period, there is a high chance to fall down or scammed especially those are running as bounty project at this time.  A lot of project budgets have been escrowed these days, but no price is available. According to my knowledge primarily if a project has stable coin escrowed then that project can be good one

Let me just say you're very lucky because most of the bounties nowadays are time consuming with little or no pay at all. If you do extensive research on the recent projects you'll discover that most of their content in the whitepaper are plagiarized of some successful projects in the past. Good and convincing whitepaper is not a yardstick to say a project is good. although hardworking from the project team is vital to the success of the project.

And the decreasing amount of bounty campaigns force managers to take every offer they have. I would not rely much on managers reputation nowadays. This all once gain proves that bounties are like lotteries.

What I understand is that for successful participants on the projects they promote based on luck, it's exactly the same as someone betting, maybe there is no way to know the name of a good project or not, mostly bounty projects, their tokens are not listed in the market.

This question is rather rhetorical. Because everyone who has been on the forum for a long time approximately knows what kind of bounty success awaits. As mentioned above, of course, if the token is already being traded, then you can approximately find out how much you will receive for your work. And of course, managers with a proven track record, and they can be counted on the fingers of one hand.

Very interesting. Bounty is the most popular method of crowdfunding. I can understand that some beginners will be skeptical of trying any giveaway, but I personally think they are a great place to start. There is no magic formula here, but through careful examination of the necessary project details, a promising project is likely to stand out from the crowd. That is a simple "Just do your research before participating".

I have been following for a long time, people are getting frustrated day by day while working on Bounty. Most bounty scams now.  We don't really understand which bounty projects succeed and which scams. For which we don't get paid to work day after day.  There are also many projects to participate in the campaign of the project even after researching the project scams. Moreover, all the projects now do not correspond to their words. I have worked on many such projects. It has been 3 months and they have not given the payment yet. Bounty has lost its popularity due to scams, so it is not a good way to make money in the market. If Bounty matched words and deeds, all projects would have been successful and their popularity would have increased.

No matter how careful you are, you can't really tell which bounty is good or bad. It's becoming a risky venture considering the fact that scams are becoming too common these days. Even with the best bounty manager, a bounty can still go south. Even when they escrow the token, they can still decide to change their smart contract.
So, it is becoming difficult to tell which bounty will pay these days.

The bounty manager can only guarantee payment if there is an agreement with the team for escrow payment services, the current bounty situation will not get many promoters if there is no definite payment guaranteed by the bounty manager. So now we are excited about bounty hunters because there are several bounties currently with escrow payment status and have been handled by popular bounty managers.
Yep, bounty managers can escrow the payment if the teams agree about it. In reality, not many teams agree to escrow the payment, most of them want to distribute the payment themselves. In this situation, the bounty managers cannot have the power to force them to escrow the payment. Bounty managers only can suggest them, but the final decision is in their hands. Well, if the bounty managers won't take the risk, the bounty managers can avoid managing the non-escrow bounty.

For me, the gems that I choose are:

1. Managed by famous BM
2. Bounty funds via escrow
3. The bounty allocation is reasonable, not too big and not too small.

Then just do a little research on the project to be followed.

Today's bounty campaigns are no longer as profitable as before, participating in bonuses today is considered a waste of time and brings little return compared to our efforts. I have not found any successful bounty campaigns in the past months, most of them are scams and rubbish, with no value. it can be said that the bounty campaign is dead.
Many bounty scams these days and just a waste of time if you promote them, but few bounties are still worth following according to my analysis and I hope to join the right bounty. Now that some bounties have been added to the bounty thread and hope there will be potential bounties in the future.

That's an important point, because we have to make sure the bounty is managed by a popular manager and the bounty payment is escrow status. But don't forget to add that each project must be analyzed for potential because some low reputation projects also use the escrow payment method.

Maybe I have to agree with you on this, the bounty projects are almost identical and more precisely they want to profit from nothing. I have tried to review a few projects in the bounty thread, most of them are junk projects, the idea is not new, if there is a team behind it, it is not very impressive. And another thing is that these projects are just trying to raise capital from the community, not from investment funds or big investors. This is the obvious difference of a potential project and trash project.

The trick is, from that list of three positions, you can only have two. You can join a bounty with a cool manager that escrows funds (for example julerz12), but such bounties have unlimited amount of participants and in the end you get $1-5. Of course the amount might change if the price gets pumped, but no one usually hold bounty rewards for such a long time and prefer to dump them.

Bounty allocation is a tricky thing. Often we see $50-100k in project tokens. A lot of hunters see $50-100k, while more experience understand that this amount can be anything. Projects can randomly set tokens value, and often that price isnt the same we see during trades. Projects value their tokens much higher than real price. These $50-100k in reality are several thousands only.

Escrowed not guarantee with bounty participants get enough reward when bounty campaign ending, last bounty managed by Julerz all participants reward received under $1 like on Trophy bounty campaign. What ever reason reward values not depending on Bounty Manger actually he need and find promoting with potential project altcoin. But I prefer choose with his bounty payment with stable coin like Moonbet, although price drop but have chance back to higher price again than Trophy coins still dump and reward received still under $1.

This can be one of the main references for bounty hunters to choose to join the bounty project, which if based on previous events there are too many events that the results and work are not comparable. And the last addition from me is that the bounty manager at least has positive feedback.

I agree because basically before joining the bounty it would be nice to do in-depth research and analysis,
anyway it's important but sometimes not everyone do that,
there are many bounties and we must be really observant in choosing

Yes, I agree with you, but escrow can't be said to be an important benchmark in running a bounty,
there are lots of tokens that use escrow and it ends up being a scam, for example Nody,
this is why we have to pay attention to the project, both in terms of fundamentals too,
if it is an aspect it's good then join the bounty
