1. You have to do a comparison between the bounty managers. There may be a chance for newbies are conducting good bounties as well.
2. You can check whether that bounty is escrowed or not.
3. Read the project white paper, do some comparison with their roadmap and do some background research.

There still are very good bounty in here but it becomes difficult more when your account is still a Newbie so something to consider is working your account to some level where you can be considered for a Signature campaign which I prefer to participate in than others.

Secondly, I like to work with some managers even though this does not mean it is a 100% guarantee that all their bounties will pay out but at least they too must have done due diligence on vetting the project and you should do too.

Also, working on bounty projects that have been escrowed and more so, if they would be paying in stablecoin/BTC makes it even more attractive but all this means as I mentioned before, your account has to be up to a particular level to catch a good signature campaign.

If I personally see a good bounty or not from who the manager is, even though each manager has different characters, but a manager who already has a good reputation and has high flying hours will certainly select each project he will run. it can represent us in choosing a good bounty at least the risk of a scam is very small.

Usually with last several new project bounty launch right now not have excate date about when bounty campaign distribution reward sending, just give promise about bounty reward sending one or two months later after campaign ending. Its not about the bounty its about how the project become successful and what was the response from the community. If the project is failed then the bounty will not profitable sometimes we can only receive a priceless token and end up to disappointment, but if the project will become successful bounty hunter will surely earn specially when the price of the token will rise after the reward distribution and listing, my strategy is that i always joined a campaign when the project owner is very transparent and already become a part of a successful project before it is important to know the project we promoted because our earnings as a bounty hunter depends on it.

There's no trick to know a good bounty aside doing some research on the project. Although, that is not a guarantee that the project will be successful. Now, if you are after the payment of rewards, I will advice you to join an escrowed bounty from reputable managers in the forum. I can assure you that reward distribution is guaranteed but making enough profit is not guaranteed as that solely depends on how successful the project is.
