we usually don't use predictions just follow them randomly. because here nothing can protect us from fraud. but what is most difficult is that they pay with inappropriate estimates. whether it's the allocation or the selling price that we get doesn't seem to match what we're doing.

back in the day, bounties are profitable and you can do multiple at once except for signature bounties people were earning a decent amount of income and also some became millionaires just by doing bounties. But now it's all become history and you are rarely to find good ones nowadays because most of them are shits that have no price at all when you finish the campaign and some of them don't distribute your rewards when the bounty is finished. That's why when choosing a bounty, go for the one that has already escrowed the rewards and has a reliable and trusted bounty manager.
Well, the bounty that might still be worth it is the bounty that has escrow. the only risk we get from this is that the token has no price. even so, it's probably better than nothing. If we compare the past bounties with today's, it is very clear that the current bounty is far less than the bounty a few years ago. however, while waiting for that period to return, you should choose a bounty from a trusted BM that uses escrow.

Good point better than nothing, if by chance you have some luck and the project do some good run from the market,

you are going to earn decent amount from the coin rewards that you will recieve from good BM and escrow, it's something important
to research before you participate, else, it will turn to a waste of time if you join non-escrow bounty and the BM is unknown.

I think the bounty will never be able to return to its heyday, the bounty campaign is dead because the ICO is gone and replaced by IEO, IDO. I tried to join some campaigns before, and I still get paid but unfortunately all of them are dumped right after getting paid, some are not even listed on any exchange. Bounty campaigns are mostly launched from junk projects, they don't have a good team behind, don't have any investment funds to support and they enter the market with a bunch of tokens and those tokens can be generated very easily.

Having said that, they enter the market with the desire to only make a profit and then disappear. They don't intend to be serious about creating and developing real projects.

My way of knowing that it's a good bounty is to be handled directly by a manager who has a good reputation. Of course, if the project is handled by an honest manager, each participant will get paid according to what they do.

It's a way to choose a good campaign, reputation managers will pre-check all the projects they manage because they also don't want their reputation tarnished. Participating in a campaign led by a reputation manager will earn us a well-deserved reward at the end of the campaign. But what about the risk we face that the token has value or not? This is something that the manager cannot guarantee. Sometimes the rewards received are not valuable because the project team cannot afford to bring the project to the exchanges.

Even though it sounds painful, the reality is that the current bounty situation is not good. Very different from the bounty in 2017, which is quite
a lot of bounty campaigns that provide satisfactory payouts. Unlike the current bounties, most of them are not supported by a competent team
and do not have supporting funds. So most of the bounties circulating now end up being scams. After all, even following a bounty handled by a trusted
bounty manager does not guarantee that the projects are good. Even as you said after the bounty hunter got paid, the reward tokens obtained are
no longer valuable because they have previously fallen in price when distributed to bounty hunters. Some of the reward tokens obtained have not
entered any exchanges, so we can't sell them and end up just piling up in our personal wallets. So the conclusion is if we want to follow the bounty,
don't expect too high.

There are still many bounties that pay, of course with small payouts, but I don't think this is a problem because the current number of participants is very large and so we get a small payout, if we are lucky we can get good payouts, namely by holding for at least a year.

Bounty campaign era could said have been over depending with many time bounties campaign ended and reward success distribution price drop drastically, I think saw with many kinds of bounties campaign project not running well and success give reward based on values have promising between Bounty Manager and project manager running as bounty campaign.

What ever kinds of bounty campaign running like ICO, IDO or IEO always price drop drastically after the developer success reach their target coins sell, but first time listing on exchange market price drop and reward for bounty participants drastically drop than as promising on first time bounty campaign running.

Knowing a good bounty at this time is very hard knowing that the chance of you joining a scam bounty is very high. Most of the bounties right are scam more like 99% are scam and only 1% are legit. Even year ls before that are also the same. If you ever find a good bounty but after its successful time then it will surely drop. There are few things that could help to know by knowing who the bounty manager theg hired for their bounties.

To identify a good bounty, you need to read the project, see its roadmap, its partners, its team's experience, and then look at the quality of the team managing it. What is giving in reward. Then you will have no problem in getting a good bounty.   By the way, many bounties keep coming.  Which are often scammed. Or the majority of which are bounties that give in the form of reward in tokens. If the token of this project is listed on an exchange or there is a chance to be listed in the coming times and  If the project is running with a strong and standard and with a good roadmap, its chances of success are also high. Otherwise, the project often fails. And the token is of no use. The best bounties are those whose gave reward  in the form of stablecoins.  For example, BUSD or USDT. Apart from this, it also depends heavily on those who manage the bounties. For example, Bounty Detective and Brain Boss are the best bounty managers, whose bounty is always guaranteed. These often reward in stablecoins Give everyone their reward honestly.

Everybody is just participating in different bounty hoping that one day they will make money from it, identifying good bounty is difficult now because even trusted managers on the forum always end up as scam bounty, if you see some projects white paper and road map you will think the project is real but at the end it always turn out to be scam.

^Even a bounty manager does not know the outcome of the project, because sometimes there is a project that sounds good to be true and they have all signed as a good project. But when if they will not survive or they will not hit the sales target during ICO, most likely it will end up as an exit scam and the manager has nothing to do with it. New projects as of now if you really wanted to invest it seems like gambling, yes because it has a high risk of being scammed and it is the same when you are in gambling it is a highly chance that will lose your fund.

There is nothing to judge about good bounties but the trusted managers and project highlights/ use case. Everyone (either newbie) on the bitcoin forum post a bounty thread with no information about himself. However, we can find good projects in future if strict discipline is adopted on the forum i.e:

1. Bounty thread be restricted for Newbie or copper member with less than 50 activities.
2. Escrow tokens (if TGE not done then stable coin). Better to escrow stable coin instead of coins/ tokens
3. If project fails to pay the participants in promised time, scam tag be initiated by respective Bounty Manager on the forum.
4. The project should have stipulated timeframe for sale, IDO, IEO listing etc.
5. Every participants of the bounty campaign is to try for best advertisement.
When choosing to join the bounty project, bounty hunters may use this as one of their primary references. If they base their decision on too many previous events, the work and results will not be related. My final point is that at least the bounty manager has received positive feedback. However, it is difficult to identify good bounties these days because even those managed by trusted forum members always turn out to be scams. If you look at some projects' white papers and road maps, you might think they are genuine, but in the end, they are always frauds. Today, bounty offers a lot of shitcoins. Everyone is simply participating in various bounties in the hopes that they will one day earn money from them.

True and I forgot to include that bounty manager isn't always how you determine a good bounty as their work is only in that field and not identifying a scam project that is why I included 99% are scam and only 1% are legit. With that, you give support to that one. I would say when you quoted my post that should be the additional information that knowing a good bounty is very hard because some hide in plain sight like the one you explained.

I heard that some bounties fail to pay participants at the end of work. Considering this scenario, how can one know which bounty is good to participate in?

There are a lot of factors on how to know a good bounty.
1. Responsible Bounty Manager, I think that is a very important factor.
2. Good project, if the good manager is good bad the project who are promoted by the bounty team is worse, then it was a failure.
3. At least pick a bounty that offers the weekly distribution of rewards.
4. The project is already in the market. Smiley

After all, even following a bounty handled by a trusted
bounty manager does not guarantee that the projects are good. So the conclusion is if we want to follow the bounty,
don't expect too high.

The bounty manager is only the person responsible for the marketing part of the project under the agreement with the project owner. They are not part of the project, so they cannot know the project's plan and its future.
In my opinion, we better stop working with bounty campaigns, they can't really generate any worthy profit. Today we have other methods such as learning to make money from exchanges or signing up for a program to experience projects that do not have a product on the market. Give them ideas to help them improve the product and they'll be well rewarded for the best contributors.
This way also does not guarantee 100% that we will be rewarded, if we do not receive the reward, at least we will accumulate knowledge and experience.

there are no parameters or benchmarks to know a bounty project is good or not. because no one knows what the future fate of a project will be.
Many successful bounty projects do not pay bounty participants or reduce the allocation for bounties. I think right now it's best to participate in a bounty that uses escrow because the payment is clear.

Some of these factors you mentioned are not a yardstick or guarantee a good bounty. Let take a look at them one after the other.
1. Responsible manager: does this guarantee a good bounty? The answer is obviously NO. Haven't you seen a reputable managers manage a failed project?
2. Good project: the question here is how do you identify a good project?
3. Weekly distribution: aside signature campaign, most of the project won't agree to this term. And besides, I don't see this workable for some managers who always update sheets lately.
4. Project is Already in the market: going by this, you've ruled out new projects conducting a bounty which in one way or another help to grow their projects.
Conclusively, the above can help reduce the risk but not absolutely a factor to know a good bounty. After all, it's all about taking risks.

When finding a bounty, select a bounty with escrow, meaning the project team payment is already with the manager. we cannot determine which bounty is good or bad.
You can also check the Bounty manager's reputation.

First you have to know the level of trust of the bounty management manager, because those who have a good reputation, rarely do anything related to failure to pay, unless they fail to be paid by the project owner, it's not entirely the manager's fault.
This is what you have to distinguish, failed to be paid by the project owner or bounty manager (Manager)

Bounty offering who have good bounty manager and escrow, it's good enough to know that rewards are available

once the time frame was already done, though there's no assurance if the bounty rewards will be rewardful or if you will gain
something from the offer, but it's better than no rewards at all. You have to learn how to pick the right team who is conducting
the bounty and prepare yourself not to lean much with the potential amount of possible rewards.
