Bear market is really not easy and every trader and investor must feel the same way,

It's really very hard to know about the best bounties but if you do some research about their project and team members then we can know how much potential the project is. Those bounties are good which have a big community and great project roadmap.

Can't expected higher reward when bounty distributing use altcoin and I think stable coins and BTC payment is the best bounties campaign reward nowadays, except have trusted and experience with bounty manager campaign right now not easy to find with good bounties campaign for running. Many participants glad joining with bounty campaign by using btc or service signature bounty campaign than altcoin bounties with not exact date reward distribution.

Usually with stable/btc payment ability for signature bounties service only and not include for social media bounties campaign or content creator bounties. Almost less interested when opening with altcoin bounties for joining because many time project promoting just take care with collected investor money only and never have good road map how to develop with coins project at the future.

Yes, participating in a bounty campaign that is managed by a manager who has good trust is sometimes very likely for us to actually get a reward when the bounty event has ended, but the problem is that nowadays we rarely encounter bounty campaigns with large allocations because nowadays many project developers are no longer willing to pay high-paid bounty followers.

Well i don't know if this has been answered here but i would tell you always go for the bounty's that are escrowed by the managers or else you turned out working without payment and even if you got paid it may worth nothing than a fractions of dollars so, participating in bounty's is very risky all like 50/50 game, you might got paid or it worths nothing at the ends of the campaign.

This guarantees you will receive a reward after completing the work, but it also does not guarantee you will be profitable afterwards. Nowadays we all know 99% of bounty projects are junk so getting the rewards and the rewards are worth it or not, is another story. In general participating in today's bounty campaign is a matter of chance, there is no guarantee of profit. in order to know the good bounty in my opinion by seeing who the bounty manager is, there are several bounty managers that I think are very good,

It is not a very simple task. Because when a new campaign comes, it cannot be judged whether it is good or bad. Only those who develop it know best what the status of that project might be. But in order to understand good bounties a hunter can infer whether they are good or bad by finding several things. Currently, there are various audit companies that evaluate cryptos and issue certificates. Again, many people depend on users and interactivity in social media of new projects. There are many who are new and select projects by looking at good BM. But it is totally depend on your own strategy.

If team will pay in tokens then i think also escrow isn’t a guaranteed payment because that token can be worthless when it will list on the exchanges. You will get payment but worthless. Yeah, bounty manager is much important to participate in the bounty campaign, at least a reputed managers will go to enough research before to manage a campaign.

What scenario would you like to implement if some projects fail to pay participants. We must first find out what makes the project fail to pay the bounty participants. I think there are many problems that cause failure to get paid for participants. One of them is that the project manager does not hand over the wages of the bounty participants to the bounty manager. So the bounty manager cannot pay participants. The second problem is that the bounty manager takes the participant's wages. And the third is the bounty manager delaying payments to participants even though the project manager has handed over the coins to the bounty manager. I think sometimes we should look at projects that have escrow, so that our payments are clear, as this concept is applied to bounty services.

atleast if its payment escrowed , as bounty hunter we are guaranteed will received our token payment no matter about its value. analizing new crypto projects was so difficult , beside internal factors it also influenced by external factors that is market condition. utility and progress on developtment product also be main focus on  investors sight
