I don't do this because if doing this, it must be based on some criteria and it can be correct or inaccurate when I make my own judgement and write it on my own words. I let it to community or company that want to hire someone to do their own research and judgement. It's their money.

User feedback can't be clearly expressed only by numbers count. the reasons for which feedback can be given are very important, and information read in such a thread should not be decisive.
Yeah, it is hard to make judgement who are best managers ie. if simply based on comments in their service threads. What people write can be true or untrue or just biased by somewhat reasons. Similarly to when a casino runs a signature campaign, there will be more posts in their ANN threads, more positive posts about them ie.
tranthidung has already done a great job by gathering all this into one topic, doesn't need to bother himself with unnecessary work. just to keep it fresh and updated as much as possible.
