You know, I was just thinking about the way people sing Guardiola's praises. I mean, sure, he's a whiz when it comes to strategies and game reading - but that doesn't mean he's the only one in this game with smarts! Let's consider Mourinho and Ancelotti for a moment. Calling a manager like Guardiola lucky is very courageous of you.    You have got a point that he hasn't ever managed even an average team in his manager career until now. There aren't even so many teams he has managed - Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Barcelona. But this still doesn't mean that he wouldn't do good with a less powerful team either of course.

Guardiola has always been successful with the teams he has managed so far. It is the same for Manchester City now also despite not having a Champions League title with them yet - however they are about to. I believe that he is a great tactician. Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo are already shining stars under Carlo Ancelotti, but i get every bit of what you're saying, Guardiola is the best coach in the world, that's the reason why so many players want to play under him, he is relentless and often referred to as a perfectionist, thus he tries as much as possible to transfer all these attributes into his players which makes them so good. The player i am so impressed by his transformation is John Stones, he plays two roles these days and he does it to perfection, when City have the ball Stones is a midfielder, but when they don't, he is a central defender, amazing to say the least. He is a very good coach , he pictures the future ability of his players. It is very hard for him to buy a player that won't be productive for the team,  as far as Pep Guardiola remains Manchester City coach the team will always win trophies because he understands football alot and knows the kind of players he wants.

What I'm thinking right now is, it must be difficult for the coach to determine who he will focus on guarding, because many Manchester City players are the key to the game.
