I saw that if skriniar has been coming back again in the training session but seeing how the composition of defenders against acmilan was able making the club to get cleansheet makes me think that if skriniar will not be used by simeone against manchester city.
I remember that if intermilan used three back scheme against acmilan and it's bastoni, acerbi and darmian who already trusted in the match against acmilan.
Simeone was feeling dilemma whether he needs to use skriniar against manchester city or not. The main aim to guard haaland and kill his movement. that's the main target by simeone.

This is a football game you shouldn’t be so sure what will happen, i can say manchester city are the better side to win but it doesn’t mean inter can not win as well. We all still never know which team between the two will win that game. Manchester City and Inter both have to be wary of anything that threatens their chances of winning, but Inter may be a super busy team in defense as Manchester City have been so hard to stop.

Many people are too selfish to say something as factual as you say. They keep boasting and defending that Real Madrid can and always can, even if that's in the past. Meanwhile, I admit that Real Madrid has played poorly this season, especially regarding its performance, not commensurate with the expectations of its fans, who always expect a title at the end of the season.

There is some aspect that I would like to add though. The first goal will have a large impact on the goal because either strategy of both teams will play out even better. A goal is good in any case for obvious reasons, but both teams have their strength that after a goal becomes even more impactful.

But I think that a first goal for Manchester City weighs heavier than a first goal for Inter Milan because Manchester City has more qualify to turn a game around. Some of us think that Inter Milan will adopt a defensive strategy. and some of us think that a defensive strategy will only make Man City more flexible in making more attacks into Inter Milan's defense area. I disagree with you; you can't predict the future of Real Madrid because we are discussing a game, and a game is something that one must win or lose. Real Madrid is capable of winning the league without Ronaldo; in fact, they did so last season despite his absence. They put forth a strong effort in the Champions League this season because if they didn't, they wouldn't have even advanced to the semifinal stage.
I'm not saying this because I support Real Madrid or because I'm a fan of the team; rather, I'm saying it because we should understand what a game is. In regards to Mbappe, if Real Madrid acquires him, I think the team will look fantastic and they will continue to win the Champions League.
