With his first goal in Europa Cup now Ronaldo is also on scorer's sheet which is going to be good for him and his confidence which was shattering in last few weeks as he is also on decline in performance and need some good results for having better results in coming matches as well.

Dont know how Union Berlin has played as i havnt seen the game or any preview of it but it looks like they was unlucky.

Although Manchester United won that match but they still haven't fixed the teams attacking challenges. Their midfield and defense was perfect but the attack needs to improve. For them to be able to advance further in this competition they must create more scoring chances and take advantage of most of them. Its also wonderful to see that Ronaldo is now getting results from the competition he never wanted to be part off.

It really interesting to see teams that are not favorites to win the match really getting good results. This is a clear indication that no team should be underrated in this competition. It was really sad to see Lazio suffer that shameful defeat in the hands of FC Midtjylland. Maurizio Sarri's team performance was totally unacceptable. The defense was a total mess and they had to conceive two penalties, while the attack just had two goal attempts. On the other hand FC Midtjylland was more hungrier for victory. The team mounted pressure on the defense of Lazio all through the game, making them to keep making defensive blunders.

Union appear balanced in terms of strength and buying and selling their attacks are very good in this match but indeed they have to admit Braga's advantage in this match.
The 2 defeats of Union Berlin left them in 3rd place with 0 points and obviously this is not very good if they want to talk much in the Europa League at the moment.

Manchester United were good, really good against the Sheriff FC side, most of it is possibly because the Sheriff side were a much smaller team playing against a top side like the Manchester United who are desperate about building there team and maintaining a winning spirit.
Although we can't neglect the attacks from Sheriff. I think there main issue in this game was getting the ball through the Manchester United defence line. Rasheed Ibrahim tried on multiple occasion but, they had a difficulty in beating the defenders. One of there best ideas for which I enjoyed was the lobbed ball but, it landed right over the net. Should he have chosen the far left corner of the post, it could have been a different story or having De Gea race himself to the far corner while the ball just drops slightly towards goal.
But Manchester United deserved this win and Ronaldo is gradually building his team spirit again.

For Union Berlin I think they still have a big chance because they only lost by 1 goal they can take advantage of the next home match

Man United were quite impressive 2-0 win over Sheriff was convincing enough to win, I know they lost yesterday but now Man United have started even better.

Manchester United did something really extraordinary by winning the game against FC Sheriff. Fenerbahce were really worrying against Rennes. They gave big openings in their defense to Rennes in the first minutes of the second half and two of them ended up with goals. Rennes were nearly making the score 3-0 as well if their shot didn't come back from the goal post. It was like a turning point of this game at the same time. Because a short time later, Irfan Can scored a superb goal and increased the hopes of the team for an equalizer. It came in the stoppage time by a penalty finally which was a devastating blow to Rennes.

However Fenerbahce need to solve their defensive issues immediately. There is a significant inconsistency there as it seems.

Roma easily overcame HJK and won by three goals without reply. The Finnish champions appeared to be struggling with 10 men since Miro Tenho was sent off in the 14th minute. And Mourinho's substitution to start the second half gave the hosts the motivation they needed to score.

I am also pretty happy that Freiburg won again today and i really think they deserve that. They are a very likeable club in my opinion with very healthy financials and i always enjoy when such clubs are also having success even without being in debt. We will see how long Freiburg can keep up with this many games because that is pretty unusual for them.
Union Berlin disappointed again in the Europa League today. They are showing such strong performances in the Bundesliga and are even leading the table there but in the European competition they are not able to win a match or at least achieve a draw. Pretty sad.
