Will Ethereum price get to 4,000 in 2022

At this current market situation, it is really difficult to touch $4k for Ethereum. Obviously Ethereum is a potential crypto and it has bright future but reaching $4k in 2022 isn't easy. For new ATH, we should wait more patiently. It is good time to buy Ethereum as price is low now and I hope it will be increasing very soon.

There's only 3 months left before 2022 ends, but the crypto market is still in bearish mode. I believe things are going to get worse as the FED (US' central bank) will announce further interest rate hikes. You can forget about $4k ETH until the global economy (especially the US economy) is restored back to its former glory. But I'm starting to doubt whenever ETH will reach a new ATH in the future, since it has turned into a centralized coin manipulated by big exchanges and whales. Bitcoin would be a much better choice due to its decentralized and censorship-resistant design. Not to mention, it has an extremely limited supply of just 21m coins.

Some would say ETH has turned into a deflationary cryptocurrency after the PoS upgrade, but I'm yet to see if that's really the case. I don't think investors will go all in ETH after knowing that it's centralized (although these days most of them don't care as long as it could make them money in the long run). For what I know, crypto behaves in many strange and bizarre ways. The future is widely unpredictable so anything can happen. As long as you don't invest more than what you can't afford to lose, there should be nothing to worry about. Just my opinion

Small  movement does not mean Dumping or Pumping it is just a normal action from ethereum that had happened recently as we can find that ETH had been experiencing what the whole market does now so check it and learn from the market.

I doubt, currently eth is at the worst state ever, after the merge instead of having increase in value it increased decreased so significantly meaning the merge doesn't have that much significance towards the value itself, moreover I think in the upcoming months eth will instead further decrease due to the recession.

With ETH, people should apply a same approach like for Bitcoin. Invest in ETH and invest in long term. With Bitcoin as well as ETH, you don't have to worry about scam, rug pull, loss in long run.

However invest into something is easy but whether you are able to hold it long term, skip all price changes in mean time is very difficult. If you can not hold it long time, you are not real investor. Because you are not actual investor, you will likely exit when the market is boring and makes you disappointed. Loss is what you get for your investment and lack of patience.

I agree that ETH won't be able to climb to $4,000 this year but it will break $4,000 in 2024.

I don't think that can be achieved, we're just two months to the end of the year so that's unlikely to happen. Even though the market is very unpredictable and things like this can happen in the industry bit that's during bull market and not the type of market we're facing at the moment. Bears take money from the market as such project tend to surfer reduction of price of their coins while bulls puts money into the market and with constant inflow of money, any projects can pump which Ethereum would be one of and that price would be achieved and passed.
We shouldn't bother much about the price of Ethereum today as just like Bitcoin, Ethereum future is bright. We could see a $10k ETH in the next bull market. If Bitcoin can achieve a 5-10x gains then Ethereum can do better and a 10x gain would see its price trading above $10k.

looks like what you said is very true mate, if we want to see at the beginning of the year when eth was at $ 3,683 and after that it went down and couldn't go back to the beginning again . now it is at $1,310 and if there will be an increase it will probably be in the range of only $ 2,600 and that is considered very good, but with the onset of the world economic crisis, it seems we have to accept the fact that there will be no significant increase this year.

It sure would, Ethereum circulating supply will be reduced as more coins are been staked also the burning mechanism introduced is very active and it will burn many tokens out of circulation. We also have many projects that'll look to use the Ethereum blockchain as it has move to POS. This move was done to make the Ethereum blockchain more user friendly by faster transacting and fee reduction. If all this is achieved before the bull cycle begin, Ethereum would be trading at a very high price.
Ethereum is already a project of much interest to Vc and retail investors. When the money starts flowing back into the market, Ethereum will be gaining a large sum just behind Bitcoin and that'll drive up the price

I won't even be that high hoped with ethereum as the ethereum price is tied to that of Bitcoin, and if truly ethereum could reach a 2k price before the end of the year it will be satisfactory to most investors.
This kind of speculation is difficult since there is no data to based our speculation on and just an assumption is not enough.

I dont think, it is entirely impossible for ethereum to get to $4,000 pruce in 2022 if you check when i speculated this price, the price of ethereum was around 8% below it present price and there is still possiblity that the pruce can skyrocket more in the future .

it definitely depends in the btc trend, if btc trend is changing and bullish season for alts finally come, then it's definitely possible that eth could reach that value, honestly $4K is very easy, but it's just the trend that make it seems impossible because the recent luna crash caused massive loss in value more than 50%, moreover to mention that there gonna be massive economy crises.

Very true. Someone may claim that $4k can happen within this year by bull run but expectations won't help crypto to have a bull run. Halving is scheduled at 2024. That was still a long time but before that happens, I think the economic crisis that we experience now are only at their lowest form already. I wouldn't say they will be over because crisis like inflation are already part of the economy. It doesn't stop but its growth rate can only be slower sometimes. Wars can also happen again but next time it will be on other countries but the effects of it are likely going to be the same as the past wars we have.

The price of cryptos will surely experience some major relief after that but they can improve greatly once we are close to the halving event or if we are done with it.
