Money can motivate you, demoralized you and also encourage you as long as you desired seing the consequences through handling money, we must not let money control our emotions, behaviors lest we ride on others or step on their toes, money creates value, but we need to position this value to our good advantage and this will make us to utilize it the proper way, money is not the root of all evil, but we humans.

if you ever get a chance to spend an hour on road side with out money and you are starving - we would realize how motivating the money is! But having said - I must mention my thought - one should not spend so much time in saving up for the other people or for their kids. I have seen children moving abroad and the parents property become the bone of contention for the other

after a lot of thinking and consideration - I have realized one thing
One should not accumulated much - one should have a decent living and have some emergency fund. And that is it. Living and enjoying life should be the main aim of the person.

where I live there is a saying "Don't be lazy in bed unless you can make money in bed". I think money is definitely a motivating factor for many people.
money is not everything but money makes everything easier. because of money I have to fight, it's sad that I can't help my parents or siblings because of money problems.

the biggest target in my life is to have a lot of money so I can be a generous person, hopefully my life can be useful for others.

I don't think it is that way. For instance, we have people of ye olde who toil their asses off in the field for a master that pays them peanuts. They were born into this and had unfortunately died under this imaginary class system, while their masters steadily grew richer and richer, so much so that they were able to hold their family's status even up to this day. Back then it doesn't matter how skilled you are, and even in a capitalist society that isn't the case. The only difference from then and now is the idea that money is much more valuable back then fhan it is now, and stuff is cheaper. Which is why they were able to buy stuff like real estate on jobs that nowadays wouldn't even have you survive in a month

There were lots of factors or things which can motivate a person. A family or a loved one can motivate us. A physical thing i.e gadgets can motivate us too although money is still related with it because we need money to be able to purchase them. On the first one that I said, I think money can also be involved. We need money to travel if we are working from a far and we want to see our parents in our hometown. Money can also be used for our family to have a vacation, to buy them dress, phone and other items.

I think I know the unnecessary competition that you mentioned there but this wasn't totally bad IMO. In fact we can use it as well to motivate ourselves more.

Although you are right, I observe some things in life:

- People don't trust who doesn't have money, because they are seen as lazy, irresponsible, waster, freeloader.

- Women reject men who don't have a decent income, career, properties, or will stay glad by the side of the man while he can offer her a confortable life. When there is a confortable life, trips, restaurants, daily shoppings there will be "love" and a smooth relationship, but once you remove the money factor a lot of disagreements will appear frequently.

- The person who has lived a long life and hasn't made considerable fortune is considered a failure and often feels like this.

In theory there is more values and loyalty than on practice, unfortunatelly. Money should be a tool, but ends becoming the main purpose of most people's lives.

We are all here on this market and on this forum trying out to find ways for us to make more money or having that income aside from our day jobs.In our world which is really been having that inevitably
recession and on going or unstopping inflation then it would really be just worth that you would really be finding ways for you to make more income.
We are really that thriving on daily living and survival which it would really be just that normal that we would be aiming to make or getting some money but its not something

Money is a label not the quality itself, by that I mean the price to anything can be inaccurate and not actually correct.   So saying money is the motivator I will say is incorrect, its one of many factors.  A large thing thats changed in recent years is people are rejecting the sometimes hours per day commute as part of their job, its a waste of time and effort. Ultimately time is money far more then many other things can be said to reliably be, so wasting time every day when its not required to do a job has been reconsidered by many workers and avoided where possible.  Obviously not everyone can change these details but certainly I see time, money, work and motivation has shifted some in recent years.

Money is not everything? Well, I'll tell you this, money can give you power. It tends to put you in the position where everyone value you more than those who have lesser ones.
Even within your family circle, those who have more money tends to be the most respectable person.

The way to deal with this is to balance a healthy lifestyle with your peers and earning money. While the latter should be one of your main focuses, you should not totally discredit other means as this will keep you active in other aspects of your life.

I don’t think our world depends totally on money for achieving a comfortable lifestyle like you say. What you would define to be a comfortable life would differ from the next person.
If you want to truly want to experience a hassle free life, search for inner peace within yourself and then get the money as money is obviously important. Only then would you lead a hassle free life.
