and the real benefit of my pumpkin carving work is that I make a big pot of pumpkin soup
It's nice to see some people actually eating their pumpkins! Every year I see hundreds of pumpkins sitting outside of people's houses and then getting rotten: it makes me feel like it's a secret Halloween ritual where everyone sacrifices perfectly-good-to-eat pumpkins to Nurgle. For me personally, there is nothing surprising, and almost immediately, after completing a short photo session with a pumpkin, I began to cut it and prepare a dish. I think that it would be wasteful to simply throw away such a wonderful vegetable after participating in the competition, because so many different tasty and healthy dishes can be prepared from a pumpkin. In my case, it was stewed pumpkin with vegetables and chicken (damn, I didn’t think to take a photo set of this and you just have to take my word for it  ). In a sense, cooking after carving a pumpkin can be considered a kind of ritual. After all, it's a harvest festival. |

Bitcoin Pumpkin Carving Contest 2k22 Wow, the party seems warmer. It seems almost eleven months since I joined this Bitcointalk forum. In these 11 months, I have received immense help from this forum which has made my student life more self-reliant and given a chance to connect with BTC and the crypto world. So I also tried to do some pumpkin carving with the BTC sign. This is my first pumpkin carving and so I know it's not that much good to see. Below are some of my small attempts. |

This is the result of me and my son, it took us 2 hours to complete it, it seemed quite difficult for us, but we finished it in the end . Every day when I open my computer to work, he always asks what I am doing, I just answer " I work with Bitcoin" and today when he saw me carving pumpkins, he asked what I was doing, I still said " I work with Bitcoin". So the two of us rushed to work together. After done, he got very excited and said the " Bitcoin Pumpkin" was beautiful. I ask him, do you like bitcoin? he replied to me that " I also want to work Bitcoin with you on the computer". Although he is too young to understand what Bitcoin is but I feel very happy and I will definitely teach him about Bitcoin when he grows up. I'm not sure if he's passionate about my choice? but I will definitely teach him everything about Bitcoin. Once again, congratulations on Bitcointalk Bitcoin Pumpkin Carving Contest            |

i wanted to note again to all participants and i mean, i read that somewhere here in the thread from ChiBitCTy, that each participant also when photographing his pumpkin puts a note with his username in front of it, so it should be prevented that any carving images from the net are uploaded here... unfortunately i can no longer find this passage...  |

I'm quite embarrassed to showcase my awful carving skills [regardless of it being my first pumpkin carving experience]... It was supposed to be an Anonymous mask with a Microsoul coin on its forehead, but I messed up the mustache and lips parts [SMH]! - In case someone is wondering if I destroyed my slab for this contest, I didn't [I redeemed it a long time ago]. |
