This is the hard part since you cannot do anything if the gambling website tried to scam you, and even if you report it to authorities there are a lot of documents needed before it proceeds. It will just consume your time and money. And, sadly we can only report it to forums just like BCT which can alarm people about the scam tactics of the gambling site.

In this forum, there are two or three places you can lay the complain here. You can complain in the scam and accusation board, The casino ANN thread if there is any and the manger of the casino signature campaign if there is any. With these three places with strong evidences that you won the game (s) and you  were not paid. The forum intelligence on scamming issue will look into the matter and invite the Manager of the casino signature campaign thread and the Manger of the ANN thread to come and explain their parts of the allegation.

As you said the best thing to do is to contact the supporters team and explain what you have experiencing or what you have passing through in the platform to them and I believe that there is no way they will not reciprocate to you provided it concern they casino platform. Because filing an accusation to them will not also make it then to pay you if they found out so the best way is to chat up with them politely other through email all through their supporting thing of Live chat to help you out.

Don't forget to be patient for a while because they need time to investigate our case and see if it's their fault or ours.
But usually, many can't wait for a while, especially if they win a lot of money and that's normal because they think that they won't be able to get that big winning money in the end.

I think you are right. Without contacting the platform management and just waiting for their response, we won't be able to get it done, although if we do that, there's also no guarantee it'll be over in no time.
They would help if they cared about his reputation and would instead be willing to investigate our case as soon as possible.

I have been on this forum for 6years now and I frequent the Scam accusations sections and also been a part of different casino's signature campaigns.

What I have seen is that 99% of cases are in the reality the customer using some unfair mean to launder their money or cheating the system meaning the casino was doing fair business. In the rest 1% of cases where the casino was actually at fault, they did enough from their part to compensate the user, but such cases actually are very rarely happening but if reported get resolved quickly.

So there are two sides of the story and I am always willing to know both sides before commenting. A reputed casino would not hold back payouts unless they have a very serious reason to.
