The authorities can block the url of the casino in their own country if they think it can scam their citizens. In my country there is no legally supported solution, this is a major external problem. That's the real problem. We want to take the case to court but think it will cost a lot of money. Then after we calculated how much it would cost, we decided not to take it to court. It is interesting those very same people did not took the time to at first create an account in this forum and take a look at the reputation of different casinos here, if they did that the number of scams will go down and the scenario the OP is presenting will not happen at all.

These days even new casinos with zero reputation have a license. But we all know that most of those licenses are useless especially if it's one that you get from Curaçao or Malta. If you report a casino to one of those licensors they will simply ignore you and do nothing.

Generally, the customer takes legal action only when he has relevant information. Moreover, if the amount is less, many people avoid those things. I think if any legal or good site reflects any such problem then if you can share the matter with them they can take appropriate action. Top level has no chance of such fraud. There are people who want to do defamation on some casino and just posting a scam accusation against that casino would put a casino on the spot that's why it is needed some solid proofs and good stand point of the people who are putting an accusation otherwise it would be invalid for most of the forum members here. If ever the accusation where true and verified by the members here, The casino should respond or the casino would put in a bad spot like being tagged as scam here that would basically ruin their reputation especially if they are a mid to high rated gambling casino. The casino would lose a number of their customers obviously and a casino who has a good wouldn't want that.
