Only course of action for me is to let other people know that this platform doesn't pay up. Trying to do things involving legal action should only be a last resort and shouldn't be something that you should think of initially because this may even push the platform into not paying up.

They are not from Mars, aren't they? If they are doing something illegally and are likely to be facing legal prosecution, not paying up just because they want to "punish" you for reporting them is  hardly an option. This way they would only make things worse for them.

They will be scared and will even give you a harder time, so just let other people know of what's happening and that's enough since it threatens their business once people found out about it.

Some of the gambling casinos just allowed this but it depends if you are just a newly created account and abuses the current system of the game like the bonuses there's a chance they might hold your account and ask for your KYC to prevent the feature abusers of the system, if they are refuse to up those issues like letting you a withdrawal I guess it you can file a case with that but first it is better to ask their create first to or if the gambling casino is right here ask the representative.

In my country there is no legally supported solution, this is a major external problem. Although many people take legal steps out there for example by reporting to the relevant international authorities or hiring a lawyer, as a low-end gambler I personally am not confident about it because of the cost issue.

We do know that casinos wont really be easily locking up funds without any reason unless if they are tending to scam in the first place but if not

I agree the best revenge is always to expose these scammers, they will lose potential players and those who continue to play will have a second continue playing, you will only go to court if the amount is very substantial that is enough to cover attorney's fees and besides its a long process if your location is different the casino's location, casino have their reputation to protect with so many casinos competing for the slice of the market they will live and die with their reputation.

In the mentioned thread, A disheartening true life winning story a real life incident on a what is being asked by OP have taken place. The user have lodged a complaint on the local police station. Further he have reached the Gambling Board and at last he have raised it to the judiciary. We don't know how things gonna happen, but OP should be given the right judgement.

First of all whenever we are entering in a website. We should go through the terms and conditions of this website. And if this is a gambling website so we should also read the terms and conditions and the paying strategy.

1) I will keep playing and keep withdrawing every other day. Keep withdrawal amount manageable
2) Be more active in their group chat and their customer service to show that you are legit customer
3) Be sure to not do "funny business", i.e. play loopholes in system or have multiple accounts

I would choose to make a thread on reputation here in the forum, because that is something that cannot be missed, this is as long as I have a thread and have all the tests, the screenshots, the emails, everything that has to do with being able to have the evidence and thus give the truth to the judges or the DT that have a lot of weight here in the forum, when we face a casino and the casino wants to take advantage of a player, the possibilities for a player to come out badly is very high , you have to have a lot of evidence that the player has had nothing to do with it, that he is a victim, also for all the scam attempts.

it is indeed that if the amount is Big ( as what mostly happens now even if there are no KYC requirements from the beginning) then lets assume to pass KYC  but the problem is that what if the amount is not that big but still the site ask you for KYC? then this is for me a fishy way of that said gambling business.

I've read of cases of casinos refusing to pay up winnings to winners  and there is a similar topic of a winner who was deprived of his winnings, with the claims that the data record of his winnings was wiped off their system,
A game that was played with about $690 with a winning of aout $169,000. This was so disheartening to me but the man was fortunate enough as be reported to a police station and the gambling board and he was offered about $23,000 and $29,000 respectively but he turned them down and demanded for a full payment as he further took the case to a court ad I hope he wins.
