Basically the user has to analyze himself whether he really won fairly. If the casino finds something odd as you won,  they will look at the account thoroughly. If base on their information you did something irregular, its going to be an issue for them not to send you funds. Could you believe I read a case like this from a local newspaper in my country, it's really disheartening for anyone to legally win a bet or lottery only for the company to start playing pranks. I guess the best is to report to a board/regulator in charge of gambling in their country after a failed attempt to get the money back from them. If they didn't pay you after winning huge amount and they also have ann thread here in the forum then you should post a scam accusation thread and provide the proof that they didn't plan on paying you with the amount even if the said amount is not even comparable to their bankroll if they have huge bankroll. Honestly, I think all you can do is complain, and this forum is a good place to start, though if the platform have made up their mind not to pay, I don't think complaining will make them change their mind, if gambling is legal in your region and you can afford it, and also if money in question is worth the hassle, then I would suggest hiring a lawyer to sue the casino, this can be the only effective way that guarantees you receiving your winnings, but it will cost you both time and money.
