Best solution from the manager? No, I don't think they can do anything. They are only being paid to manage a campaign. Problems inside the gambling site is already out of their business but if it's only a minor issue like an error in the webpage then some managers can help. I've seen a few before though.

Anyway, the op wants to do a legal action and I think that means lawyers and the court are now involved. Posting the complaint here inside the forum is only a normal complaint and not a legal one but like you said, the complainant needs to prepare a strong evidence and he must tell the truth because if he is lying the court will know it and he can't win his case.

You don't need to only reach out the authorities of the country that issued their license, you can also report the case to the authorities of your country and to authorities of some other (big) countries. The authorities can block the url of the casino in their own country if they think it can scam their citizens. You maybe won't get back your money through this way but it will cost way more money to the casino that scammed you and you will help to protect other gamblers in addition. You can also report your case to their sponsored partners to let them know they are advertising a scam.

If they are a popular online gambling website, chances are that the reputation that they built would crumble in an instant the moment they screw up with at least one (1) guaranteed transaction.

As for legal means, I doubt that I would be able to do something about it given that online gambling is not properly regulated by the government. Any winnings/losings in a game of chance, under the law, would be against us.

First and foremost, make sure you haven't violated any of the items in their ToS.
Because if you go public, they will scrutinize your account and may possibly look for your violations.
So before anything else, check your account and assure that you are not violating any of their terms.
And then, if they are not answering your complaints via their technical support, that's when you go public.
Attach all possible proofs that you think will help you in this battle. Because users here can only do so much with your complaint.

I think so too. If he is having problems, as you mentioned, I think the problem could be around doing KYC because if someone is gambling and gets big wins, usually the casino immediately asks him to do KYC. And this is what the person doesn't want so he tries to find a solution. And yes, contacting customer service is a way that people are used to when they have a problem and I'm sure if the casino has a good reputation, their agent will help to solve the problem. Let's just hope that @OP's problem gets resolved well and if he does get a big win, hopefully, he can withdraw it without any problems.

Perhaps, we can do that so that other people can be careful when they play on that casino site and not try to win the games there. This will help them avoid that casino and choose another casino that does not have such problems.

And maybe this can be a clue for the casino so they can introspect on what they have done to their previous members. If we decide to take legal action or take it to the legal department, I don't think it will be easy, and it will cost money to get it done.
