First of all, update the dice game system of your website. It isn't users friendly. The house edge of Trustdice dice game is higher than other casino dice game. Try to add some in-house card games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Hi Lo) and original roulette beside mines and plinko.

More crypto should be added to make the betting system comfortable for the gamblers. Some gamblers like to play with LTC, where some other gamblers prefer DOGE. The forum members have already suggested about some crypto here, Trustdice team should keep LTC, TRX & DOGE in the priority list for adding them on the site.

Add BNB BSC and MATIC can be an alternative for cheaper withdrawal transaction fees and I happen to have both in my wallet or it's easier to add an exchange feature also in gambling where people can exchange cryptocurrency A for cryptocurrency B this makes it easier for people can withdraw their funds with lower crypto transaction withdrawal fees

This could be a good additional feature but I’m confident that the team Trustdice can do more innovative. Adding NFT feature can also a good one since it’s already available in other site and giving more bonuses to VIP players also a good update. Not familiar with Trustdice though but it’s good to seek suggestions from the community, let’s see if they will adopt a suggestion here and make it real on their platform.

So far i havent seen any casinos which had integrated NFT just like on Rollbit.It wont really be that a bad idea if they would really be doing the same.Im not saying totally completely copy but at least.

Maybe its not copying but also adoption, if they are going to adopt they can innovate it and utilize more the NFT, so far only Rollbit successful on doing this.
Having an update with the site is ideal to stay with the competition, I also suggest to make more promotions and increase the exposure here in the forum give at least a year of promotions then you will see the difference. Host an art contest, game contest and stay active with your signature campaign. As a business then it would really be normal that you should really be that somewhat aggressive when it comes to marketing but as an owner then dont make yourself believe that everything could end up positive.

Its not bad to copy up some ideas but you should really make out some little twist and make it totally copied because if the community would saw that you had copied it completely then it would really be creating

that kind of negative impression which would rather give out bad impressions towards your business rather than on getting positive views or feedbacks.

from what i've seen in this forum, fast response to any type of user, whether small or high roller, would be a very good indication that the site is treating their players fair and square. gamblers will also recommend your site if they are truly satisfied with their experience. also, should take care of withdrawal issues because mostly, players will avoid site that has existing withdrawal issue. clarify things on a prompt manner if it is not the fault of the site. because people will speculate negatively.

Thanks for bringing this up. Our product people have been talking about it for quite a long time. The challenge however is to ensure minimal computational power usage while providing better user experience - otherwise it can get laggy.

It is something we are definitely striving for! We have internal tracking of average response time of each ticket and it is typically under 90 seconds.

The whole NFT thing is also something we actively looked into. The challenge, from our perspective, is to create an integral system that seamlessly connects with whole NFT ecosystem yet deliver truly entertaining experiences. Skin betting has been there for long and simply copying it to NFT isn't something we deem worth pursuing at the moment. However, if the product team managed to propose something more innovative and enjoyable, then it will definitely be considered by the management.

Original provably slot games will be nice because the number of original provably fair slot games is not that much till now.

Accepting a wider range of crypto currency is a great way to be more open towards the crypto community. It should always be the standard that casinos accept all the popular coins out there. If you are looking for a new feature that distinguishes you from other casinos than I would try to make your chat room more interactive. The big difference between physical casinos and online casinos is that we rarely engage with our fellow gamblers. The atmosphere is very special when you enter a crowded physical casino, you will see so many different people having a good time. Well trustdice have improved the functionality in recent time and for the admin to create this thread for a room for feedback from forum members to further serve the community better, and most of the challenges already mentioned by members have already been handled and proven by the trusdice team who have constantly kept in touch with their clients in bringing more features to help compete with another casino on this forum.

And the only major challenge with the casino is in their currency system and how conversions are made both for withdrawals and deposits.

Hi Trustdice, not too sure if this is important and useful for development but having a mirror site is very helpful for players who are having problems accessing an online casino because it is blocked by an ISP.
This is quite helpful for players who are constrained by this but don't want to play using a VPN because it can violate casino rules.

Honestly, I have not made a deposit or bet on the TrustDice gambling site, but I have known and registered on the TrustDice site for a long time, at a glance I see that there is nothing to add, I see that it is perfect in every way, whether it's dice games, slots, sports and so on.

I certainly agree with it. There are lots of gamblers who are having a hard time playing on highly reputable sites because of restrictions and some of them got no choice but to play with nonreputable casinos. Some of them can't play because of their location but they also violate the TOS of each casino by using VPN. Some games are also inaccessible in some countries. I hope that you would consider this case for players who want to enjoy playing freely despite the restrictions. It's also the same for me to know that a casino add more crypto for depositing and withdrawals like adding litecoin. Many of us especially small time gamblers wanted to spend less in fee when withdrawing funds from casino. I was gambling in yolodice before they decided to shutdown their casino for some reason and I only use litecoin in their platform when I withdraw which is the crypto that has the lowesy withdrawal fee that they have supported and I really don't like to withdraw using crypto with high fees and I only use litecoin in that site which is the only crypto that has low withdrawal fee that I use when I cash out my funds and never use other crypto at all. I do agree with you about Roobet, but their mandatory KYC is an issue for me which is why I don't gamble there anymore. Sites like Crypto.Games are better in comparison in my opinion since KYC isn't mandatory and their promotions are very tempting.

I see this as a good way gambling sites can have more customers too, but there should also be better promotions because promotions attract new gamblers. Assuming you are gambling in a site with good customer service, security and all what you said, but you later use small amount of money to gambling on a new sites that has all those qualities, but with better promotions, you may later finally migrate to the new site.
