Well trustdice have improved the functionality in recent time and for the admin to create this thread for a room for feedback from forum members to further serve the community better

When I saw this topic raised, I was happy because I saw strategy, eagerness for more growth and humility in the admin. If this team of Trust Dice continues this way, by the end of next year, they will be in another level of business.  Any business that is open to suggestions and criticism grows faster.
I also notice that Coinbox1 is always present to resolve any issues arising from using TrustDice. I am proud promoting your company.

This can also a good idea for other site to do the same thing, I mean there’s always a room for improvements and there is no perfect site for this. I can’t think any because most of the comments here already gave their suggestion but I want to support having NFT with the site and adding more crypto option. A faster customer service can also a big improvement which can help gamblers to solve their issues and other concerns.

Yea, it is only a company that cares for her customers and are interested to improve that will implement this kind of gesture. This is definitely one person's idea to push the company.
For NFT suggestion, I think it is a big distraction to the goal of the company. If I were to be an owner of casino, I will rather get a casino token like Owl and Betfury than venture into NFT with is a total different thing altogether.

If they were going to put NFTs like how other casinos, e.g. Rollbit have done it, then it should be perfectly fine imo. It's actually just like VIP benefits after all so they only need to play around with that and let the customers themselves create the economy around it but also limit the amount they could buy/sell. Most other NFTs were absolutely useless hence why people don't really like them imo, most of which were only built around hype.

As an ordinary user of the Internet and crypto-casinos, I naturally often encounter the need to pass KYC. 
And I naturally don’t like it and infuriates me once again when they write to me on the screen that I have to confirm my identity.  Actually, I don’t owe them anything, and if I won the money, they owe it to me.  Since 99% of the players are not scammers, but honest people, many simply prefer to remain anonymous.

Sadly that 1% could bring about damages that could ruin the casino, both in its finance and in its reputation. Imo as long as the casino doesn't necessarily request for KYC immediately, and only upon suspicious activity instead, that'd be a great deal already imo. Ofc if it's completely possible to have it then that's better, but if not, I'd rather choose the lesser devil instead.

Many are saying that the fees in eth have decreased again. I'm only not sure though if it's true because I haven't use eth lately but you can try it out. If the rumours are not true then they better add trc so that others who are budgeting can be able to participate on this casino but there's also btc which can be cheaper than eth fees.

Adding the three coins that you have listed is also a must for every casino because a lot of gamblers are already used to cheap altcoins compare to the bulky ones and stablecoins. There talks above that they should also consider creating their own tokens but I think that wasn't really necessary. We have a couple of casinos have it but they seem to not do well.

Altcoins as an alternative for gamblers who experience difficulties with expensive costs on the network so with the choice of options they can assess a good altcoin in terms of what they want but I myself prefer TRX on or TRX-USDT stablecoins indeed this costs $ 1 but I think this enough for me it's not too expensive for a stablecoin, as for Matic, another Litecoin network that has it easier than BSC, it depends on those who want to deposit.

I've done only BUSD with BSC as it seems I'm already satisfied with the USDT(TRC20) transactions. About saying that it will require you $1 for a USDT(TRC20) to transact and pay for the fee, I don't think that has ever happened to me and that's why I'm liking it.

I especially like that even EOS devs have not forgotten.  I used this cryptocurrency and I liked it and the speed of transactions and low commissions. 

It would also be nice if TRON is added to this set of devs.  This is due to the fact that this coin is actively used in some regions of the world.  In Latin America in particular, TRON has spread very well now.  And the commissions are also low, which is important for the non-rich population of these countries. 
So it’s worth thinking about maybe adding cryptocurrencies to this list.

Transaction fees are not a concern to most of us. However, it would be nice if the casino could accept more tokens or alternative currencies for deposits and withdrawals. because it will make it much easier for players to switch out their assets. However, they must also take into account this acceptance and support as they will only be able to meet the needs of their customers and the products they use most frequently.

I understand what you are asking for and yes you are right, a casino that has it all, let's say stake.com, is very likely to add new things and try to see how it goes, the caveat of all this is that they can afford to try to see what can work out for them, because it is a casino with so much confidence, that you can create that option of venturing into games that are more oriented towards gamers, a community that is very different where there are games that are very long and good , maybe you can take it into account, the advantage that stake.com has in this case is that it has a very large community, and the fact of being an old and reliable casino is what many people are looking for.
An additional question, and well it's something I'm curious, will they mess with the metaverses? And will they have availability or will they create a structure to spread more networks? like Polygon's? Solana?
