The gambling  market developed a lot in the last years
Biggest differentials nowadays are probably branding, costumer service (response time), how varied are the games and how many currencies are accepts

KYC or no KYC also plays a role
I think branding also developed a lot through time. Would we see crypto based companies becoming sponsors around in past? But now I can see brands like stake com in many different places. (Even Drake did sort of unintentional advertisement lately through twitter)
KYC definitely plays huge role. Most crypto enthusiasts dislike KYC so they seek casinos that don't ask for KYC. But most trustable casinos generally ask KYC so it's hard for gamblers.
I think customer service is only important when customer has issues. So its one of key things.

KYC realy play an integral part whether a gambler will decide to sign up and play or not in a casino. This is because most players are not really fond of the process of KYC and the risks it possess by giving your personal information to the casino which might be sold or leaked that could compromise their safety and identity. Most players are just cautious of identity theft that's why I understand their sentiments about KYC. Although we should really admit that there's really a little left of non-KYC in totality for gambling since some of those who aren't requiring one before are now requiring before you can withdraw.

Customer service quality is of great importance. The moment you have questions lingering on your mind, the reachability and approachability will matter the most. And especially if you already have a problem at hand. You'll deeply realize how good customer service is much need by the players, so it's really a key in making a reputable and well-established casino. Not only at the beginning, but all throughout, maintaining the consistency.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

KYC definitely plays huge role. Most crypto enthusiasts dislike KYC so they seek casinos that don't ask for KYC. But most trustable casinos generally ask KYC so it's hard for gamblers.
I think customer service is only important when customer has issues. So its one of key things.
Nearly 80% of gamblers don't really like KYC because they want to play anonymously and don't want to reveal their identity.
But what you say here is right, that almost all the most trusted and most popular casinos impose KYC requirements either when you first register or when you make a large enough withdrawal.
If we look at it, it's a little difficult, but in fact, in a trusted and most popular casino, it also has many users, from new customers to loyal customers, and in fact I have the thought that those who don't like KYC seem to have become customers of one of those casinos. it's just that they still say that they don't like casinos that have KYC.
It is true that customer service is only important and will be done well only when the customer is in a problem, this should be a concern for the casino team to prioritize all services for their customers.

Gambling is built for entertainment so the majority will only play with smaller amounts. There are high rollers that we can see but I think some of them are just accidental wins. Their bets only look big to us, that's because they are already rich but this amount is still within their range.
I don't know how accurate your statement is without research. It might be nice to get how it goes when someone creates a poll thread about it especially for forum users, but I kinda agree with your statement.

The majority gamble small bets for big profits, but only a minority of them actually make big profits unless they get a big multiplier as well.

Playing with little money will not pay big, unless you play roulette that pays 10 to 100 times when you win, and I have not seen that, nor do I believe that such a roulette exists. There are players who like slots but they have to bet a large amount to win large amounts, but playing with little money is easier to lose than to win, I say this because I always play with little money and not slots, but dice, crash And I haven't had that luck. I can't support something like that because I don't see it as logical.

Who told you that bet small amount will not pay big? There are many games that let you to make it come true but of course a huge luck is needed to make it happen. Slot is the most popular one to make it come true as you may win up to 100,000x of your base bet or more in some slots. Other games may even let you to win up to more than 5Mx of your base bet, it is a mines game and I have seen some players hit 5Mx with a cent bet or less. It means that a cent bet and you hit 5Mx, you are winning $50k.

Not only at the beginning, but all throughout, maintaining the consistency.
KYC will still be a consideration in choosing a casino for gamblers and they will avoid it as much as possible. Many gamblers don't like KYC, and we can still be considered lucky because there are still casinos that don't apply KYC too strictly and for all their customers. This really helps gamblers who don't want KYC to be still able to gamble using crypto.

Customer service is a must for a casino because that is where the casino can provide first aid to customers who encounter problems. And if customer service can't solve it, the next officer who knows more about the case will try to solve it. But only casinos that are serious about their business can provide customer service that can help solve customer problems. And this is what its customers expect when they encounter problems playing at that casino.

There is no doubt that many of us dislike KYC verification and in as much as that is mandatory on some centralized casinos it make us sceptical about the safty of our documents and other personal informations, because most identity theft gain access to those documents through third-party systems such as kyc data centers of those platform through  hacking and other criminal ways.
But those who don't border about their identity cam hand over they documents to multiple casinos no matter how untrusted and reputable level of those casinos, because of things like this i have avoided most casinos and sticking to the one that have proven reputation and stronger security.

but it's all based on our luck.IMO
in any gambling it can happen like a small bet wins a big multiplier and gets a big win. and sometimes big opportunities don't necessarily win.
so enjoy all the betting sessions and hope to get that luck with a small bet to get a big win.

That is true, I do have experience in these cases, because when I enter a casino my deposits are the minimum possible and I have in mind that I am going to lose that money but I don't care because if I like the casino then I make another deposit, In the casinos that are new I do not risk depositing.

When I play with the first deposit, if I win, I don't even win to make the minimum withdrawal, I don't know how the winnings are with slot machines, I don't play them because I don't like them, I play other games where I know I can have a better chance of winning, but I have never won a lot of money by betting little and if someone has won, then share and put evidence and everything to believe it, that's that easy.

It is true that those that are unwilling to share their personal documents are at a great disadvantage compared to the gamblers that do not care about this, but the method that you have chosen to mitigate this risk is adequate.

You can simply gamble at some of the most reputable casinos and as long as you do not experiment some sort of massive win then those casinos probably do not care too much about who is behind your account and you will be able to gamble while keeping your identity a secret.

KYC definitely plays huge role. Most crypto enthusiasts dislike KYC so they seek casinos that don't ask for KYC. But most trustable casinos generally ask KYC so it's hard for gamblers.
I think customer service is only important when customer has issues. So its one of key things.

I guess it mostly depends on the amounts you are gambling/winning when KYC comes into play at casinos that also let players play without going through it. I know a bunch of crypto casinos that never asked, but they keep the option of course as a security measure for themselves in case there is suspicious activity. None of the bigger crypto casinos would publicly announce that no KYC will be conducted and that is a bit of a problem because they will always let you deposit funds, but if you play successful they can just pull their KYC ace out of the sleeves. It feels like a nasty backdoor that they leave open for themselves. They lure people into playing by allowing them to get started without KYC, hence people who dislike KYC sign up. As soon as you win they leave you no choice. Would be nice if they just asked for KYC before you can even deposit, but obviously they won't do that.

The important thing is that you know how to play gambling and not exceed the limits. You can take care of yourself so that you are not required to do KYC because, until now, crypto casinos still do not ask their customers to do KYC. This is lucky for us because we can play gambling by not sending any documents to the casino to protect ourselves from the possibility of hacking or other bad things.

But unfortunately, that doesn't apply to many gamblers because many end up tempted and make more bets than usual. They want to get bigger wins so they end up depositing more money and betting a lot of money so this triggers suspicion from the casino which in turn investigates their account. And casinos are finally implementing KYC on such customers.

Actually stake.com always provides information about bonuses and promotions at any time on the official telegram group, but if on the first page of the stake site I rarely see this information because we search and see for ourselves on the promotion and bonus room pages to be able to find out all the information about the latest bonuses and promotions.
Maybe what you said and suggested is quite good if indeed stake adds a bot feature like that so that it can help or make it easier for all loyal users and customers to stake if they launch attractive and newest bonuses or promotions.
If this feature is added, it can also make it easier for the team's work in it to provide information about what will happen to stake.
I don't understand why notification bots have to be added, they already have bonus links and promotions on the website and there is already an official telegram group, so why is a notification bot needed to provide the same information, but if users want that feature then the team should consider releasing the notification feature because they want to get notifications of important information because they don't access information from the Telegram group.

I have no idea why people want to see notification bot specifically for bonus and promotion while the casino provide promotion page already, telegram channel, and dedicated forum. I dont think it is really needed, at least I have never seen any casino with such feature. It means that most real gamblers do not need it much. One more thing, notification for all bonuses/promotions can be something annoying for some people especially if there is no feature to filter what kind of promotions/bonuses they want to be notified.
People with their own opinions, but to me, this is just like a disturbance. The site of the casinos already has it and some would send it directly to your email, so there is no missing link here. That's why it's always good to have active emails while you register with any company you so desire their services.

I have been dealing with companies online for decades, and I have never yearned for a better notification means than on my email for news, promotions, products/services and new development.

I think that all this goes into the culture of each player, I personally learned to have an adoptive culture of checking emails because when I was at university a professor taught us that before he went to teach, at breakfast While reading the newspaper and drinking coffee, he also looked at the email, and sometimes he sent praise to some quiz, and said, whoever saw the email will be fine, I remember that the technique was called signal analysis (it was from the telecommunications branch) thanks to that I learned that culture of reading emails and it seems to me that this is enough.

There are really people who are really that mindful when it comes into their identity on which they are really that in concern for whatever that is really connected into it.This is why we do really mind off about on

casinos which doesnt really ask out some KYC and this is where we do really mind the most but since regulation becomes tighter with these kind of business or platforms then its no surprise that they would really be tending to impose on whats been demanded into them specially by the government.Even into those reputable or known platforms is no exemption for this one and this is why we dont really have no choice.
Speaking about addition of whatever things that a casino should add then it would be entirely depending on them.

I believe with time many of the casinos we are using now may be reminded to start asking for KYC so that they can keep record so in case the government want to make investigation. Many of us especially for those people that had been sacmmed by the so called samers through different ways are now asking the government to keep an eye on cryptocurrency so that the rate of scammed case  will reduced and this will affect us most for those in gambling too. The government may start keeping an eye on cryptocurrency casinos tok to check there activities.

I wont really be surprised that one day they would really be imposing strict compliance about KYc just like with those typical fiat gambling platforms that we do have in the past and now that crypto gambling

becomes that big then it wont really be that shocking that government would really be trying out to have that in good control. These crypto gambling site owners who are or which are licensed then wont really be having no choice if ever the government or regulating bodies would really be deciding to make up some huge overhaul or entire changing of the system. This is why anonymity within
these type of business or platforms cant really be fully be implied because just like as i said that as long the government could able to touch then they would be always making that involvement.

We should consider the government's role in regulating emerging industries. Crypto gaming is strictly regulated, as gambling has always been! How does this regulation affect society? Crypto gambling's anonymity protects vulnerable gamblers as well as privacy! KYC compliance may reduce illicit activity, but it may also make it tougher for those in need to receive assistance! Regulating and social duty must be balanced. The government shouldn't hinder innovation or endanger privacy, but we can't let anything go, right? That way, we may enjoy crypto gambling without the hazards.

I agree, such an addition for players can definitely please them.
And it can even be an excellent tool for promoting and advertising casinos on the market.  Such events can keep players in the casino for quite a long time.  But, of course, some one-time promotions that allow players to get some bonuses, and unexpectedly for them, should be fairly regular and not have an exact schedule in advance.  Then the effect of unexpected luck has a huge stimulating effect on the player.  And the player will continue to play in such a casino with pleasure.
In general, a good way to stay in such a tense and competitive market as online casinos.

~ Speaking about features and other similar stuffs then i dont see that there would be something new been offered soon considering that almost everything is just identical when it comes to promotions and offering.

This is why im not really that much hopeful if ever there are new ones that could be seen if we do speak about features and other possible benefits for a gambler to have.
It is really just for entertainment after all in the first place.

It looks identical at first glance, but there are little differences that gamblers notice and for that reason choose one casino over the other. It's like with cars. They all look identical if compared to motorboats or planes, and yet they are very different, and the prices are different too. What I like about casinos is that, unlike with cars, it costs you the same whether you play on a cheap slot or the most expensive one regarding production.
