Injury update

Sad news for Liverpool as Luiz Diaz goes from injury to injury. I read where Luiz was said to go into another injury which may likely knock him out of the season. One will wonder where he picked the injury from, could it be the friendlies that clubs are playing?
Is anyone with a clear information about this development?

This is the current injury information about Luis Diaz. This is the same injury he has been having since October 10 actually. He isn't expected to return before the end of the month as it is seen.

He has been a big loss for Liverpool indeed. After Mane's departure Liverpool needed to fill his place with a decent player. Diaz was a really great choice as he started to play very effective in a short time after his joining the team. Despite Salah's having silent days at the beginning, Diaz showed great performances to keep the team alive. Diaz is likely to miss 2 matches in the EPL at least for now. He has better be ready by this date otherwise the number of matches he might miss would go up to 3.

Sad news for Liverpool, with the injuries, most clubs are seeking reinforcement and planning to take advantage of the January transfer window.

In other news, Argentine supporters are hoping that they get to see Messi play in the finals which he has said will be his last world cup game. Messi skipped training to rest his hamstring. In their game with Croatia, I noticed how often he was rubbing his left hamstring.

That is a major concern and hopefully it doesn't affect his performance.

Hehe Hehe, Hopefully this doesn't get him sidelined on Sunday night else it's a complete walk over for France.
Though, the truth is that I really don't want to see Argentina winning the FIFA World Cup bit what can I do to stop them ?! Nothing, Argentina winning means,  Lisandro Martinez wins the FIFA World Cup after getting bashed by Jamie Caragher Liverpool's legend for being too short.

I'll send him a quick Fvck you if that happens lol. In the Premier League, they protect British player's and Lambast foreign player's who makes the league what it really is.

Some sources are indicating that Mane's arrival might be mid February. Apart from the World Cup, Mane can miss five games in the Bundesliga. In addition to that his availability for the PSG game is also doubtful in this case. It is on February 14 maybe but Mane might be barely healed until then. He would still need time to reach match fitness.

Mane is going to be a crucial player for Bayern Munich especially in their Champions League game. I hope that he recovers earlier than expected and becomes ready to play for his team at least.

It was big disappointment from every single fan and person that likes Sadio Mane that he will literally miss the world Cup.
If his return then will be mid February don't you think he will miss the chance to fight for Bayern Munich against Paris Saint Germany?
But then even if he is absent Bayern Munich still have the qualities to win Paris Saint Germany during the Champions League and also with the player absent that attacking trio of players will also be absent to hurt Bayern Munich.

Well, Mane's injury was quite serious, it is something that cannot be avoided, it is something sad, he could not even go to a World Cup where his people and team were asking for it, I know they need him in their team to play the UCL, but I think that everything that is your health comes first, and before that you must respect it.

On the other hand, I think that his team should manage to be without him, he is a crucial player that is needed, because even the coach of Senegal needs him and that is something that cannot find a replacement so easily, it is very hard to find a player With such quality and accuracy, practically his effectiveness is superior.

What is said the most about the case of Mane and Chelsea:

Chelsea wait on Bayern Munich transfer decision over Christian Pulisic as Sadio Mane plan emerges

Quote
Chelsea's January transfer moves will be complex and situation-dependent, but nevertheless busy. Todd Boehly has plenty on his hands to bring Graham Potter the players that will propel the club not only through to the end of the season but also into the future.

Armando Broja's injury has left just two fit strikers, though Kai Havertz's best position is still unknown. Defensive fragility mixed with fitness and fatigue has left that area wide open heading into the winter window and the midfield is still missing a physical presence to add strength to the spine of the squad.

Not all of this can be dealt with in January but it promises to be a more active mid-season window than is common, especially coming off the back of the World Cup and with owners and a new manager still keen to push themselves upon the club. Chelsea sit eighth heading into the return of domestic action, but still have two thirds of the season to change things around.

Uhmmm, I'd say that injuries are inevitable and sometimes, they're fully aware of the implications of taking an action on the pitch but since they' Maybe on a hotseat, they'll just give in to save the day...( I have seen so many instances like that -- when a player had to slide the ball outta the net and at the process, he hit his balls really hard against the goal post, and was taken away from the pitch)... Yeah, alot of ridiculous things happen.
Someone like kante with the hamstring issues is quite pitiable. I Just believe they're gonna get well soon just to resume their normal team activity -- prolly after Missing the world cup tournament.

Uhmmm, I'd say that injuries are inevitable

In fact, players who are the center of attention on the field are the most susceptible to injuries, because they run much more than other players and as they are the center of attention on the field, opponents make every effort to stop them, so physical contact becomes unavoidable or muscle or body wear is also accelerated, a very interesting case is that of messi who just because of so much effort he makes and always being the center of attention he hardly gets prolonged injuries

but you can't say the same thing about neymar that everyone knows he is the center of attention and spends a lot of energy on his dribbling, but he easily gets injured and there are always prolonged injuries, I even start to think that the lifestyle and each player off the field also influences these injuries in some way

( I have seen so many instances like that -- when a player had to slide the ball outta the net and at the process, he hit his balls really hard against the goal post, and was taken away from the pitch)... Yeah, alot of ridiculous things happen.

I must confess that I laughed a lot at this part, these are things that happen but that make you laugh, I know it's something sad when it happens to the player, but it's still a little funny

Well, players like Neymar Jr and Gabriel Jesús have very different injuries, obviously Neymar is a very good player and his injury is practically ready and recovered, the bad thing is that the ankle is too vulnerable, he has already done exercises with gym and that's good, it has strengthened him, but the ankles are very delicate and that includes very special care when he goes to play, because the slightest touch there can make him become more dangerous again or fall into it again So that's Ney's danger, although I'm sure the player won't save anything to be able to fight for Brazil.

Brazil will face Croatia and I'm worried that when Brazil faces Croatia Neymar will be injured again because the Croatian defenders (Barisic and Lovren) are known to be quite sadistic at the back line.
Reportedly, the operation on Gabby's knee injury was successful. He is currently undergoing a rehabilitation process. Arsenal continues to monitor his health. Arsenal is very afraid that after the world cup is over, Gabriel Jesus will not be able to play for Arsenal. right now arsenal is competing hard with man city, so gabby is really needed there.

Benzema is perhaps the most significant loss, but France has Mbappe, he is in great shape. As for Pogba, he has been without playing practice for a very long time and it is clear that he will not be of any use to the team, so Deschamps did not even call him to the team. If I'm not mistaken, he has already recovered from his injury, but what's the point of him if he didn't play half a season.

I don't know what really happened to the France national team, Benzema is actually quite fit but it seems they are trying to focus more on letting young players play. Benzema is the best player and the recipient of the balloon d'or, it looks like they are trying to raise mbappe's prestige.

Well yes, the Croatians tend to be very zealous in their defensive line, it's like having a lot of PEPE's (Portugal) at their peak when Pepe was a split-bones player, now he's a more mature player and he obviously takes great care of his status, because he even scored a goal, so I hope Ney doesn't get injured either, he's a very handsome player, real, while the dribbles he does are spectacular, sometimes when I'm playing I try to do one of what he does, but there's Some that I do not master, a good skill is required, although I really liked the time that a Free champion made a good tunnel for him (Virgo) that he fell (kidding).

I think that this is the daily bread, players will always face problems that have to do with injuries, and that is something inevitable, to be out of injuries it is necessary not to risk so much, but there are plays where you have What to risk, because otherwise losing a ball due to fear can cause a goal, but let's ask Messi about the time he lost the ball and the Frenchman made a great pass and it meant the tie to go into extra time, things that are of seven styles They are almost inevitable, they have to do their job and they cannot be intimidated by what they do, in fact they are paid for that and even more so when they play for their countries.

There is good news from Europe. Karim Benzema is back in action, having recovered form his injury. He played for around 30 minutes for Real Madrid, in their match against Leganes. There were some rumors that Benzema would be included for the world cup final against Argentina, but it never happened. I guess he will be completely fit in a matter of few weeks. Meanwhile there is still no positive news on the other French superstar - Paul Pogba. Recently Max Allegri (Juventus manager) announced that no fixed timetable has been set for his return.

With Gabriel Jesus out for about 3-4 months, I’m worried for Arsenal because it is a real problem for them because he’s been integral to how good they’ve been. Although Arsenal have not publicly disclosed Jesus's recovery timeline, but he is widely expected to spend around three months out, leaving Eddie Nketiah to shoulder the attacking burden over the rest of the winter. This position where Arsenal find themselves needs urgency because Nketiah cannot give them what Jesus has been giving them before now. They really need to dip into the market to reinforce the attack so they can maintain their position on the table.

The problem is that even if they get someone, which they can't right at this moment but during transfer window, it still leaves a good chunk of games from here until they could get someone, and it would cost a lot and a month or two later they would get Jesus back as well. I think it would be very very important to switch up the formation and find a sustainable method within the club to make sure they do not lose games until they can figure out a way to win without Jesus, that would be the only way they could continue their run.

The absence of Gabriel Jesus, is an incident that is detrimental to The Gunner. in fact, the Brazil coach was not aware that Jesus suffered an injury against Cameroon in the last Qatar world cup. so, Tite was late to withdraw Jesus and was replaced by Pedro. as for other Brazilian players, such as Neymar. Tite was also late to take him off the pitch. this incident should not have happened to these two Brazilian stars.

As a result, Arsenal were very unhappy to hear that one of their stars had to be sidelined for several weeks from the league competition. Like it or not, Arteta must prepare other options such as Eddie Nketiah and Gabriel Martinelli who can be rotated as center forwards. even then, with one condition, Arteta succeeds in bringing in Mykhaylo Mudryk in the coming January. although the player expressed interest, he was still constrained by the problem of a very high transfer fee. unfavorable situation. although there are several other names that could be Gabriel Jesus' options, such as Joao Felix and several others. but I'm not sure that they will be able to adapt immediately when the league returns.

I hope Arteta can answer Arsenal's current needs by bringing in the right players.

Well, it's time to wait and see Benzema in action, for me he is already fine, he must be doing gym work, having his therapies and everything required, is that France has a great team, but you have to be realistic, here is the one who Mbappé is enjoying his good moment, although personally I don't like how the player is as a person, and how he has been, well, it cannot be denied that he is a crack, that is something he has, just as Ney has been highly criticized by many, I think that Mbappé, according to his performances at PSG, was what I did not like because he should not choose who to put and who not, he is not the ideal person to do it either, I think that Benzema may already be against England.

Benzema, Alaba to return to Real Madrid training next Saturday – report

Quote
According to journalist Arancha Rodriguez (h/t RM4Arab), Real Madrid duo Karim Benzema and David Alaba will return to the club next Saturday and rejoin training ahead of the resumption of the La Liga season later this month.
Benzema has not played for Los Blancos since the first week of November when he featured against Celtic in the UEFA Champions League. Having struggled with muscular discomfort, the Frenchman has missed a good number of matches for the club already.
While he looked set to recover in time for the FIFA World Cup, a thigh injury in training ruled him out of the France squad for the tournament in Qatar. Having returned to Madrid, Benzema soon departed to the Reunion Islands for a vacation.

Having said that, I am in complete agreement with you.

As much as France are saddened by the loss of Karim Benzema to the new generation of football, they have pretty worthy replacements in Kylian Mbappe and Olivier Giroud to replace him.

It has been a great year for Mbappe as he has already scored five goals at the World Cup. I was really impressed by his performance after watching the knockout round match against England, which was the fourth match he had played at the World Cup, and as a result, his performance was really commendable.

I am pretty sure that if France is able to qualify for the finals, Mbappe will be able to score double-digit ~8 goals Roll Eyes.

regards

duke

Well, the truth is, all the injuries to these great players have left us with our mouths open, however, Benzema played for the final and he did not do badly at all, I am happy when they come and go out of harm's way, injuries are things that happen and that sometimes they can stop any player, I really liked the example that Neymar set in Brazil, with his very swollen ankle, through the doctors they managed to recover it in time so that he could contribute to his team and despite the fact that he tried very hard, he didn't They could not advance further or even reach a final, their path was very hard, but what I think of all this is that the players who were injured despite everything do not regret it because they have contributed enough to their country.

With Gabriel Jesus out for about 3-4 months, I’m worried for Arsenal because it is a real problem for them because he’s been integral to how good they’ve been. Well, Gabriel Jesús is something that we all did not expect, however, he came to play, but in part the Club would not have liked to see him on the bench, but they must also feel a bit calm and relaxed because they did not risk it too much and they were able to keep him without many injuries, however he was injured and so much so that he could not play against West Ham, Gabriel Jesús is a very important player for Arsenals, for me he is an icon of Arsenal, however I think that from now on he will be highly valued by some clubs , and perhaps City want him, or even Real Madrid, who made it known that they wanted a Brazilian, perhaps because of the way they play, which is always focused on attack. Although today Arsenal's game against West Ham was on another level.

Mikel Arteta backs Eddie Nketiah to fill Gabriel Jesus void as Arsenal star set challenge

Quote
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has backed Eddie Nketiah to take the place of Gabriel Jesus, amid fears the Brazilian may be sidelined until February.

Jesus picked up a knee injury during the World Cup, with the striker subsequently undergoing surgery to fix the problem. As he recovers, Nketiah will take his place as Arsenal 's first-choice striker, with no other natural option in Arteta's squad.

There have been suggestions the Gunners could dip into the transfer market to add to their options up-front. But Arteta has made it clear he is confident Nketiah can help to keep their surprise Premier League title challenge on track.

Diaz showed great performances to keep the team alive.

That is a major concern and hopefully it doesn't affect his performance.

source

So it hurts a lot, I think that Lio Messi could not stop playing, they give him a good analgesic and let's play, this is a player who would not miss the final for anything in the world, he also had a great commitment because in the final he did not he has won, and I think that this is something that has tormented the Argentine a lot, many compare him with Maradona and that seems to me to be something very incorrect, he has a lot of pressure and I think that in some way this has affected his game, in a way At the moment he wanted to stop playing for his team, I really think this will be his last cup to retire with all the achievements and the maximum that a player can achieve.

However, it will be more difficult for a soccer team to be able to really develop a strategy if taking players from other teams can even take longer than replacing players from their own reserve team. Even though they are not core players, because they often practice together, it will make it easier. to be able to adapt and understand the game of the team.
Apart from that, I believe that every football team always has a backup strategy that is used when their core players are injured and it can be seen that it is very rare for a team to transfer players from outside to join their team.

All of which combined means that either getting a new player for striker or not, both is not enough for them and not a solution.

I think it would be very very important to switch up the formation and find a sustainable method within the club to make sure they do not lose games until they can figure out a way to win without Jesus, that would be the only way they could continue their run.
When Gabriel Jesus got injured, Arteta has floated the possibility of using Gabriel Martinelli through the middle and wants to add attacking reinforcements. But Eddie Nketiah is ready to fill the hole in Arsenal's attack, we saw Nketiah doing the job and against Westham United, he proved himself. I don’t know how far Arsenal will go with this but there are also reports that they’re trying to add another forward to compliment the attack in the absence of Gabriel Jesus. They’re a lot of games to be played, so I expect reinforcement.

In his first match, in the second half of this season, Eddie Nketiah has proven that he can replace Gabriel Jesus. however, of course we can't be sure that he will really play with high performance from match to match. The reason is, West Ham United is not a formidable opponent for the Gunners to conquer. even so, his presence at the moment has helped a little over the vacancy in the center forward position.

As for Gabriel Martinelli, maybe he can also be rotated as a center forward according to the team's needs when playing matches. however, because Knetiah is still around, Arteta doesn't seem to have tried to experiment with Martenelli yet. on the other hand, I think Arsenal still need some newcomers to strengthen their squad. and one of their top priorities is Mudryk, who are now reportedly making their first bid for the Shakhtar Donetsk man.

By the way, Gabriel Jesus is rumored to be out for the next three months and what about Sadio Mane's injury and Christopher Nkuku's injury, does anyone have accurate information regarding these two players.

They can't get someone right now, can they? It's not the transfer window right now as far as I know and not for a while longer. After that, depending on how Gabriel Jesus feels then maybe they could get another player.

How long will he be out? Last I know was like 3 months for the injury and it has been nearly a month already since that was said, which means only 2 months left. If that timing is correct then they shouldn't really get someone for only 2 months absent. If they could hold off for 2 months that would be better. However, if they are looking to get someone for long term, like even if Jesus was healthy type of deal, then it would be reasonable for sure.

Nketiah was doing very well before Jesus came to Arsenal. And Nketiah also did well in some Europa league matches he was privileged to feature. So I am not surprised that he did well in the absence of Gabriel jesus.

These timings are so far. I don't know why football injuries last long. Players like Benzema, Mane , Pogba, Kante etc are supposed to be back and playing by now.

Say no more please he was outstanding and incredibly perfect during the game against Chelsea how many games did he play and how many goals has he currently. He makes good runs but his finishing is still not improved and very poor. Saka, odegaard and Martineli are players pushing Arsenals goals in. That goal against Westham will get him increased feelings.

Benzema is already back to his feet training with other players at Real Madrid, for Pogba and Kante that is still unknown and uncertain

As far as I know, I think he will be out for at least two more months which could be until February 2023. It would be safe to say that he will at least miss around 8 to 10 matches as a result of the injury, which is very unfortunate for both Arsenal and their fans.

In my opinion, the coach did a good job by playing Eddie Nketiah against Westham United. But I do not think that this is a foolproof plan for the next few months. It seems to me that Gabriel Martinelli would be a better option. However, I believe the coach would need to do some trial and error in order to find out what works best for him.
