Even though I believe Ronaldo is not at a level where he could be Striker for Real Madrid, with Benzema gone for now, they don't really have a replacement neither so it wouldn't really be a bad transfer, not because Ronaldo is "enough" for them, they were looking to get Mbappe for a while, Ronaldo would be a big step back at his age (was better than any other scorer in his prime obviously) so it’s a big question mark but not too bad.

However, will Benzema be that much injured? Will he not come back at all this year? I think he is definitely injured but not THAT much as far as I know, that shouldn't really be a problem for real if it’s just a few months.

The most worrisome injury if confirmed will be that of Enner Valencia of Ecuador because his absence will most likely cripple the Ecuador team. He already got two goals in the WC tournament and I will be happy to watch more of him.

For Lucaz Henerndez, it looks serious the way he fell and was helped out of the pitch. But there is no troubles because his brother came in well for him.
