We do not really know what is the real reason behind the account's closure of salincey, the support in the email says that he is suspected to breach their terms and conditions but support did not mention which terms and conditions.
I will be always better once a casino claim that a player is breaching the terms, casino should explain about it with full details.
Good thing here is that coinplay give refund of the deposited money and let salincey to withdraw it.
Hopefully coinplay representative will explain about this issue later, so we do not speculate about what is happening with salincey.

Reason should be posted publicly so that people would know the reason why the affected user got restricted because if they just do that without valid excuse then maybe we could think negatively on the action they do and might they do that to escape paying the user for his winnings or the withdrawal request by the user. To many scam casino exist lately so they should explain this issue very well to avoid getting any bad speculation about what's going on here.

It is because they had bought this domain. Actually, there are many domains that are up for sale and they're like premium, I wonder how much the new owner of this domain has bought it.

The current owner may have bought it from the previous owner as there were probably no plans for this platform in 1999.  There are many smart people who do various research and find out which name can be sold as a premium name in future and they bought that domain and sell it at high price in time like this site Domain .

The site’s ANN design is really awesome. I liked the colour combination used here in the OP. I was thinking that the site will have a similar colour pattern in the UI. But sad to see that it’s basically just white everywhere with a little touch of violet, if the main theme should be of violet colour, then it would have been great for my eyes. There are people who cant really just afford on letting other people do say on what they do want without sufficient proofs and this kind of feeling is something that very common even to myself that seeing

Glad that you like the design but many users didn't really like it but they can follow what @slowdeath have suggested which is to add an extra theme and then users can decide if what suits them. There is no need for them to change the design according to the votes of the users because that can only affect some of the users. It's also great that they have mobile applications.

Only a few percentage of crypto gambling sites have this but for a non crrypto gambling sites, they are very common. I don't know what is the explanation behind that but I prefer to access everything (whether it is games, website, gambling) via the app more than in the mobile browser.

Yep that's right, I can see that short term signature campaign doesn't do that much especially if the members of the signature campaign is just few. Starting a long term signature campaign is expensive and we know that, But I think those who run long term signature campaign here such as Stake is very effective. Imagine paying couple thousand of dollar per week to promote their casino. I can see it's effective since Stake signature campaign is running for few years now. Though it is fine to run a campaign testing for the sake of visibility of the casino but don't expect massive results since you are new and there is so much competition in the casino business. People will still choose what they are comfortable with which is their trusted casino, New casinos such as coinplay should do something that can attract gamblers to deposit in their casino.
