Many football pundits predicted Brazil and Belgium to play in the final. But Belgium was eliminated in the first round. Spain then scored 7 goals in their first match. Many thought that Luis Enrique was able to solve Spain's internal problems. But even then their performance in the matches started to deteriorate. And until the end they lost against Japan and Morocco. The England team also started the World Cup tour very well. They scored 6 goals in the first match. I think the England team will lose against France in the next match.

I think for the early matches even though Saudi Arabia beat Argentina for me it was not a surprising result, because I thought in the early matches it was very possible for such a result to occur. But the truth is, at that time I bet for Argentina and I lost but with a result like that I personally am still not surprised.

Their good players are good at their clubs, but they are not used to playing each other and there is really no "Belgium way" of playing, like you know how English team plays, you know France, you know Brazil very well, you know Argentina will look to Messi, these all teams have a style and you know how they will play.

But, Belgium doesn't have that, their entire plan is that "we have good players, go out there and win" and nothing more, no style, not tactic, no historical method of playing, its just random. That is why even with good players they disappoint almost every year because they never play the way they should and players are better at their clubs which has a system in place.

what you expected seemed to be in vain because you said before that Germany could enter the final but they had to stop in the group phase and Brazil also suffered the same fate where they had to give up from Croatia in the quarter-finals. I also previously believed that Brazil could reach the final but they just lost to Croatia. Yes, the Qatar World Cup is very difficult to predict and many surprises have happened. the next team of my choice for the final later is the netherlands and france. other than that I will choose Portugal to accompany them in the final. but if france and portugal get to the final this is a surprise that was not predicted before. The pre-eminent teams have fallen like Germany, Spain and Brazil.
