Review: Utopia P2P Ecosystem:

Because the Utopia P2P Ecosystem uses four access methods namely: Windows, macOS, LINUX and Android to be able to enter, I only used two methods for my test.

1. Review: with the Windows feature method.
Basically the Utopia P2P Ecosystem, the system or features provided on the Utopia web, as a whole are easy to understand and place features in an orderly way that is easy to see such as: Mailbox, Inbox, Sent, Outbox, so on until Sync Progress.
As well as the layout of several other features such as: Dashboard, Channels and up to Join a Channel.

Overall it looks neat, easy and unobtrusive.

Get to the heart of the review.
Today I got 5 CRP.


I immediately made an exchange with USDT. By using an exchange available on the Utopia web called CRYPTON.


All transactions/sales/exchanges take place smoothly without any problems, it only takes a few seconds to convert to USDT, so the balance in my wallet currently has USDT worth $3,115.


Because the minimum and maximum limits have been determined by the CRYPTON exchange system.

So I can't do anything but leave it in uWallet, except: I do another transaction/exchange then I can complete the withdrawal.

Review more CRYPTON exchange only 6 types of crypto currency can be traded.

Overall, the Utopia P2P Ecosystem web looks neat, easy to use and fast access to all available features, whether it's exchange, confirmation, channel groups and so on.

Bottom line: Utopia P2P Ecosystem provides group service Channels and Crypto Exchange, easy to use for future generations of crypto users in general in conducting crypto exchange and inter-community communication.

The review above, which I convey is based on experience and evidence when I use the Utopia P2P web, as a whole and generally for myself.

Add-on/Team for Utopia P2P web.
1. Add Some of the famous Crypto exchanges into Utopia which has many types of crypto that can be exchanged.
2. If Crypton exchanges, including sites owned by Utopia / official P2P, try to add several other well-known types of crypto such as BNB, ETH and others.
3. Utopia's P2P web, can be more developed and advanced in the eyes of crypto users around the world, if they see many types of crypto that can be exchanged or well-known crypto exchanges on the Utopia web, it is more convincing and promising.

Note: The review above I used the (Windows) method with my laptop.


2. Review: by Android feature method.

Review the Android method is more messed up I am really frustrated to use the Android method, until now since Web P2P Utopia was launched there is no change whatsoever.

Strangely, I logged in with the same password and account name, but my PK on Windows and Android are different, proof is above the screenshot.

Messages, Channels, Contacts don't work, as well as the features in Settings are completely useless and working, what should be improved for the Utopia P2P web and make it easier for crypto users to prioritize the Android access method.

Reasons and suggestions for the Utopia team to be improved in use via Android.
1. Not all crypto users use laptops/computers, most use Android, easy and affordable, Android must be improved.
2. PK on Windows and Android should be the same, not different, so when making transactions, for example, CRP can be monitored and accessed via Android only.
3. Many types of crypto services are currently prioritized on Android, Utopia should be the same.
4. I'm 100% sure if the Android feature makes it easy to enter the Utopia P2P web, I believe that user activity is more than at this time, Android must be considered perfectly.

That's all the review I got at this time based on my personal experience, I will monitor the continuation of Utopia's P2P web development going forward.

Maybe, if the Android method is perfect, I will invite some of my friends to join the Utopia P2P web, most of them use Android without Laptops.

Utopia P2P Ecosystem Review

Note: I use windows 10 os on PC when I use the application.

I created my account after installing the app that I downloaded from https://u.is/en/download.html. The installation went smoothly as well as the account registration. I like the welcome screen of Utopia wallet because it displays my account summary and their wallet feature to guide me on what to expect inside. It helps me to understand immediately each component because I read thoroughly the guide before I browse the wallet.




Since I was curious about the ecosystem of utopia, I go immediately to the listed merchants to see what was available service is available. I'm surprised by the vast number of partners that they already have that accept their tokens as a mode of payment. I'm expecting that you will local services in the future like e-commerce in my country shopee and lazada because you can get a huge volume of customers if you manage to become partners with local merchants.



I proceed on trying the Crypton exchange next to see the volume of the exchange and how fast the deposit and withdrawal of CRP tokens from the wallet to the exchange. I visit https://crp.is/exchange and created an account. I'm amazed that the exchange only needs Utopia Public Key to create an account and doesn't need any info like email or phone number because the Utopia wallet has a built-in email to receive notifications from the exchange. This is very cool because the Utopia wallet is what is needed to create an account on exchange!

After I successfully create an account on the exchange, I deposit my 5CRP tokens to my deposit address on the exchange.



I want to make a comment on the transaction. There's no way to verify the status of my transaction like how many confirmations are needed or any timer that will show if my transaction is successfully sent. The exchange doesn't have a notification feature aside from the email notification from the Utopia wallet message. I hope that the exchange will have separate notifications built-in on the website aside from the utopia wallet message.




After I received my CRP tokens on the exchange. I trade it to USDT but since the minimum withdrawal of USDT is 5 USDT which I'm short, I decided to convert it back to CRP tokens and I'm amazed at how minimal only the reduced amount on my original balance despite 2 conversions. I only lost 0.02CRP which only means how small the price spread on the order book. Crypton exchange has a very huge liquidity on the order book that is good for trading.





Conclusion: I have had a very smooth experience using all the Utopia ecosystem features. I really enjoy using the exchange because of the small fee for trading and withdrawal. I might start buying CRP tokens for my own investment because I know that this project has a lot of potentials to become a global hit due to its large-scale feature.

Utopia review #2

I started this second review for Utopia by checking how things changed since my previous review.
Please find below my thoughts and suggestions for Utopia.

Installation was performed on the following configuration: CPU Ryzen 1800X / 32 GB DDR4 / SSD / Windows 10 Pro. Version used was Utopia 1.2.202.

1. First of all, I noticed that on the website, on the download page, the 32bit version is not available. It is mentioned there but it can't be accessed. Ironically, just above it there is the 64 bit version and there is stated that it's the recommended version but, as the 32 bit version can't be selected, then the 64 bit version is not just recommended, but also the only available version.

This issue is still present.

2. During installation, Windows Defender popped.

This issue did not occur anymore (probably because I allowed the process during first installation).

3. Within same place as the one from the above picture (meaning at the generation of the private key step), at the bottom-right of the page there is a meter showing 0 and no explanation about what it means. Just next to it there is network signal meter which, in my case, was showing a very low signal or no signal (I don't know how to interpret it) but, however, I had connection to Internet in that very moment, therefore the network meter does not seem to work correctly.

This issue can not be reproduced anymore.

4. Alt+F4 does not close the application, but minimizes it to Tray.

This issue is still present.
As a plus, if the user presses Alt+F4 in the login window, the app minimizes to task bar (so it's not closed nor minimized to Tray, but minimized to task bar).

5. During the "welcome screens", when reaching the page about Community Support, there is a link: https:support.u.is. Clicking on it opens a tab in the user's external browser, not the built-in Idyll Browser.
Same thing happens when clicking on "Get Cryptons" and "Shop with Cryptons".

This issue is still present.
As a plus, same issue occurs if the user selects Treasury Data (under UUSD) and clicks on the etherscan address displayed under Supply tab. At same time, clicking on "View exchanges list" (under CRP - Request Cryptons) opens, correctly, the Idyll Browser.

6. Not sure if it's intended, but it seems that lowest character limit for usernames is 1 character. I managed to create a username named #.

This issue is still present.
As a plus, I observed the following behavior:

• certain characters ca not be typed inside username field and also inside the Basic Information field (username field) -- while creating a new account. These characters are the following: ~, |, \, /, <, >, ?, ", : and * (additionally, @, (, ), { and } can't be typed inside Basic Information field (while creating a new account); ~ can be typed inside Basic information field).
• when typing an incorrect username in the login screen multiple (and different) errors are displayed

8. I am not sure about this (perhaps I did not look where I was supposed to?) but changing layout from View menu does not make any change. I selected all options from there and I did not see any change

This issue is still present.

9. At the login screen, selecting "Remember me" remembers only the user, not also the password.

This issue is still present.

10. During welcome screen, on the theme selection screen, the user is informed that there are two pre-installed themes; however, they are four: Light, Dark, Classic Light and Classic Dark.

This issue is still present.

11. I noticed that some parts are not localized in any languages. These parts are the following:
- "Import account" string from login screen
- "Light", "Dark", "Classic Light" and "Classic Dark" strings from theme selection screen shown during welcome screens
- "Light", "Dark", "Classic Light" and "Classic Dark" strings from View - Switch Theme submenu
- "Backup Private Key" string from "File" menu
- "Verify Transaction" string from uWallet menu
- "Threaded UI render (experimental) string from Tools - Settings submenu

This issue is still present.

12. Localization-wise, I would recommend you to perform a thorough check on all languages, using testers native in each localization supported. Using natives is a must, in order to make sure that the translation was not only correctly made but that it is also idiomatic. By chance, I am a Romanian native and I observed that some parts are not properly translated in Romanian. I uploaded on imgur three examples: https://imgur.com/a/MHMZE09. However, I did not check the entire app's localization in Romanian. If you are interested in a thorough check, please let me know./quote]

.13. The Games section is a nice addition. I was thinking to suggest you to implement more board games. Maybe backgammon would be a plus.

I accessed again "Console" tab and now CPU usage is always at 4% and above (it fluctuates between 4% and 4.8%).

As a plus, now CPU usage stays at values greater than 3% while accessing any tab from Network Dashboard menu (Indicators, Network Eye, Console -- both General and Debug)


I also checked the issue reported by NeuroticFish and I observed that the issue is still present.


During today's tests I also noticed two more issues:

i. The small menu showed by right-clicking on Utopia's picture from Tray bar becomes almost unresponsive if this menu is accessed while trying to uninstall the application. Practically, the steps are the following: access Device Manager - Programs and Features; select Utopia; click on "Uninstall/Change". At this point, an error message is displayed, saying "Please close Utopia before uninstall". While having on the screen the window containing this error message, right-click on Utopia's picture from Tray bar. The small menu displays with big delay and its branches (Show utopia, Hide utopia, Online status, Settings, Mute Sounds and Exit) can be hovered / selected with difficulties. (Please note that this issue occurred in 3 or 4 occasions out of 5 attempts; after each occurrence I reinstalled the app; at 5th try (so after 5 reinstalliings) it did not occur anymore.)



ii. Inside the small menu described above, "utopia" should be changed with "Utopia" (at these menu branches: "Show utopia", "Hide utopia") and "Sounds" should be replaced with "sounds" (at these menu branch: "Mute Sounds").

I will end here this feedback, but I will come back in case I will find any other bug on the website or in case I'll have more suggestions. I hope this helps.

My Review:-

First of all, when i opened the site it was good but the domain name https://u.is/en/ was sort of strange and it would have been better if it was Utopia. I wonder why they did not used the "Product name" as a site name    Anyways the website design was very good and it looked premium.

I installed the 64 bit windows version which was about 198MB is size and due to my fast internet connection, it took only 5 mins to download it. By chance when i log in, i gave the wrong password but it did not prompt me that I have entered the wrong password. In fact nothing happened. Then I entered the correct password and i was able to login.

First thing after login i did was to back up the private key by going to the file Menu and backup private key.

I then created a Uvoucher of 1 CRP and it fee was 0.0015 . It look a second or two to create the voucher with the code UTP-6MC2-VRJN-ADHX-YI4K-xxxx. (Hided the last 4 digits). However, it was pretty fast process.

Next, i decided to create the crypto card and the fee of issuing the card was 3 CRP and i was not able to change it, though it showed a text box but it was not clickable. Here again, the process was fast and within few seconds my card was created.


However, this card did not have any balance. It took me some time to figure out how to transfer CRP from my main account to this card.

I wanted to experience the trading experience so i visited https://crp.is/exchange. The signup process was easy as i only entered my public Key and the password. The authorization key was sent to my Utopia desktop wallet and i was able to register easily.

The history tab at the left side was very helpful as it showed all my transactions that i made in one place along with the transaction ID.

I haven't tried the games yet but i wonder if they will add more games in the future. Though Chess and Poker seems good for the time being.

The application has so much to offer like Instant Messaging, Games, mailbox and so on. At first glance, you may become confused of seeing so many options, but as you explorer them, you will find them easy to navigate and use them.

Overall, i had a good experience with the Utopia app on my desktop. Also, i guess i would be buying more of CRP and include it in my portfolio.

I downloaded and then installed Utopia a week ago while entering a sweepstakes contest but I only used the chat to qualify, but after being invited in this review and receiving 5 CRP I'll be testing what I can here.

First Chat Channel.
With the chat that has been provided, we can interact with several other Utopia communities to discuss what is needed, but the most common, and I see the most active is the "Utopia Chat Lobby" group where we can find out more about the Utopia P2P ecosystem and other discussions.
I only joined a few channels while all the channels in this Utopia are more than 3500+ with any keyword we are looking for it can display it, but I'm sorry I didn't explore all of them, but with lots of channels means it's clear there are lots of communities which is great.
I believe in the future there will be more activity again.






Second, registering on the Crypton exchange to try to exchange CRP for other coins.

We only need a Public Key to register on the CRYPTON exchange, we don't need any email because what we need is a Public Key that has been created from the Utopia application, this clearly looks very simple where we can verify even through the application to receive whatever code is needed so in the application This Utopia has provided many complete features that have been designed by the developer.



After transferring to a crypton exchange it only takes a few minutes and the balance is visible on the dashboard, meaning there is no time to wait for CRP deposits.

Several times traded with buy/sell, but I couldn't test a draw because the minimum withdrawal is 5 CRP



During the SWAP process it seemed that I had to wait longer so I had to wait a few minutes but in the end I was able to swap 1 CRP to 0.6 UUSD.



All activities carried out including deposits, trading, swap notifications are entered in the Utopia application even though there are settings but I prefer that these notifications are active.




Want to test the existing game in Utopia.

I want to test a chess game but have to invite first and at this time I don't have a close friend to invite in this chess game I have to pass this game.
In the future maybe the team should be able to increase how many people are interested in this game without having to invite or better provide public tables where everyone can play at any time.

I want to see how Poker is played but we have to make a new table, but there are no active tables but we have to do it ourselves, is it because no one has made more tables yet?
Then I made it myself but after that no one was interested maybe because of another thing where those who like poker are not active here so it will be difficult to find opponents.



I want to ask if there will be other games added?
But it would be nice to add a lot of games that the Utopia community is interested in.


Final word.
Maybe I should stay up to date with Utopia including on Twitter and here by looking at some of the other reviews, but this is a review going forward I'll probably add a lot more after I test a lot about other updates.

I tested from Windows 11 and there were no issues with the Utopia application I was running so it all ran smoothly.

I have already recommended this program to some of my friends (don't know if they actually downloaded the client or not). As far as I am concern some of my friends don't have accounts here on the forum so sadly, they couldn't participate on the review.

My intention why I am sharing this to them is to widen the scope of audience, and that means it will increase the number of users and it will be easy to spread out or expand. I genuinely like the program due to its low fees and easier to navigate sections/interface, that's one of the reasons why I told my friends about this coz maybe they would also recommend this to their circle of friends.

I am also pretty sure that rules before they're rewarded is the following aside from the review they should've :

*Senior Member account
*At very least minimum of 5 merits

I think they didn't qualify both or maybe all of the said rules.

Utopia Review

Installation Process:
After beeing introduced into Utopia, first thing I was doing was downloading the program to my Macbook. Here the first issue started. The website shows, that you can use Utopia also on older Mac Computers (in my case Mac OS 10.13). When trying to install the program a note pops up that will tell you that your Mac OSX is not supported. It seems that the Utopia program was updated, but the Mac Os requirements are outdated.
What I can recommend is to build a legacy version that does also support old Macs. Many people do not want to run bitcoin, utopia, etc. on their main machine. If you dont support old Macs you will lock out a lot of people.
In any case this needs to be updated at the website.


First Look Into Utopia
After successfully installing utopia on a different (windows) machine, I was overwhelmed by the options in Utopia.
This was good and bad at the same time. Good, because there is a lot to explore and do, bad because many functions are hidden. What was the first thing that made me a little bit sad is how long it took me to find my public wallet key. This is one of the main things that you need from your wallet. There are many many unimportant things that you can find in plain sight. An important thing like your private key however is somewhat hidden.
Hope you can update the program in a way, that the most important functions can be found the easiest.


Using Utopia
After the first usage of utopia, I have to say that it works great, once you know how to use it. I was very satisfied with the functunalities and like that you support many platforms (even mobile). I saw some minor translation flaws in the German version, but nothing bad. For example at the end of the registration process it says "beenden" which means end the process. This makes no sense, since it seems that the process would be stopped if you click it. In reality it will finish the process and start utopia.
Other than that I could not find any flaws. Some of the functions are hidden, as I said above, but they work great if you spend some time with them. It is nice that you try to include everything imaginable into the ecosystem, as everyone can use what is needed by them. Some things like utopia music or games seem a little bit out of place, if you consider what the purpose of utopia is. Still I like your approach to cover all possible tasks.
If the utopia team needs a screenshot of the transaction flaw I will provide it 


Conclusion
Very nice program, that is literally an ecosystem. It seems that a lot of effort was put into creating and maintaining it. What I would hope is that you could built in a way to use bitcoin within your ecosystem or have a decentralized exchange for your token with bitcoin.

Android Platform:
Using app in android is okay and I don't see any problem with it but I have one question about the theme, are there two theme like dark and light?. If you did add the dark theme then I can't change the theme for some reason but if there's no dark theme yet then I think that's the reason why I can't change the theme since only one theme is available for now (If you plan to add another).

First Look at Utopia
It seems when you change to German language, the display of the website is different from other languages available and as what I have read in orher reviews is that the problem is also how it will display. Anyway, I am using Android to access Utopia and other languages is good or fine and as I say, German language is the only one that is different.
           


Utopia APP in Android:

As I explained, I didn't find an issue with the APP in Android. My expectation with Terms of Use in the APP is that when you are going to check it then it will display in the APP rather than opening a browser to be able to read it. Not that it's a problem for me and it's only my opinion or let's say a suggestion. What I meant is that If it's possible to read Terms of Use within the APP.

UTOPIA P2P ECOSYSTEM REVIEW
Theme: Nice job on the dark mode. Has the gray shades similar to what discord has which I’m fond of as it doesn’t trigger my eye strain as much as others do.



Buying from merchants: It was disappointing on how many shady websites were on their list. I highly suggest moderating the content and add a notice indicating none are advertised and users are encouraged to do their own research otherwise I could see this hurting the brand.

Moving on, after selecting a merchant, an easy to follow instruction was given on the website. The whole process went smoothly and after a few minutes, I was able to topup my smspva account.

Swap: I suggest users should still see the possible amount they will get when they try to key in an amount higher than their balance. This helps when you're trying to plan your trades.

Vouchers: I like the vouchers. They’re cheap to generate and you can give it out to people without asking their public key. I ended up dropping the voucher on uMusic channel. I checked back a minute later and it disappered from my active vouchers hence, it's safe to assume it was successfully redeemed.

Exchange I encountered no problems and registration was easy. It's nice that it's connected to the application. For instance, I don't need to give my email address since there's a built-in email on the app.

Mailbox: It would be nice if there’s a one click button to mark all your emails as read. Some emails are plain notification where the content is obvious e.g. exchange deposit notification hence the button would us save time and effort.

Channels: I’ve only been to the utopia chat lobby and umusic. I must say people are very welcoming/chill. I hope there will be adequate moderation so it stays that way.

For better channel discovery, I think adding clickable tags below the search bar would be a good idea for mindless clicking-- when people can't think of anything to search. The clickable tags shown could either be the most popular or curated version of the most popular.



Games:

I think the games is a nice touch especially since the application has group chats and people could bond over it. Speaking from experience as I’ve played the built-in games on discord with some people. However I was thinking, it’s likely most people will start on their own, not knowing anyone. There’s a channel dedicated for each game which is a plus but I think it needs more exposure.

Suggestion: First off, every week, the team gets to pin one or two channels in “All Channels” tab. Second, hold some tournaments where users interested have to visit the said channels.

Lastly, add more games. It would be nice to aim for a variety of choices that caters to most generations. Alternatively, create a poll with your users!

Thank you All at Utopia! Greetings. I came accross this Application thru play store. I am now a Permanent user It loads fast, Simple Basic Easy Userfriendly desighn with comfort to use. I found the Utopia message service a rivelation! Nice way to speak about a lot of topics with many people and know new frens!
