For me, Carlo Ancelotti just didn't coach the Brazilian team because the team is very bad and without many title ambitions... this is the worst generation of Brazilian players in the last 30 years... it would be professional madness for him to go to Brazil with this current team.... To be fair we do not know if same manager for Brazil will go all the way until World cup neither. Ancelotti was the one that was talked about a lot, and he would have bene perfect of course but we are talking about just 10 or so games that means something for a nation in like 4 years, rest should be easy anyway for a team at Brazil level, groups and all that are simple, you care about like maybe quarter finals, semi finals and finals, for 2 cups in 4 years, nothing more.

If it's true as you say then this is a really serious problem. I know Brazil is one of the most corrupt countries in the world. Even the 2014 World Cup which was held in their country drew a lot of protests from the Brazilian people because the government was seen as preferring the World Cup to seeing many of its people suffer. But I never thought that the Brazilian football federation was also involved in corruption. Brazil produces many world class players, they are even the best in the world cup to date with five titles. I think it's because CBF really develops talented talent in their country. It is practically impossible to end corruption in the CBF, the entity has been involved with this for many decades... In the early 2000s the coach was Emerson Leao and then Vanderlei Luxemburgo (the same one who coached Real Madrid) and they called up players from the his businessman friends to value transfers in the future... And not to mention that the former CBF presidents either went to jail or are in trouble with the law.... It is very difficult for a highly reputable European coach to want to come to Brazilian team knowing this.
