Yeah I think Messi would have retired from national football after winning the 2024 World Cup but again we saw him playing in the Copa America. And we also saw Ronaldo playing in the Euros. In both 2018 and 2022 world cups, there were eliminated in the group stage. In EURO 2020, they were elimianated in round of 16 and in 2024, there were eliminated in quarter-finals.

I was also feeling in same way why we have no Germany into top ten despite having better performance from the France and England but still it's all fair enough we are having these teams at these spots and things will be changed in coming months because now we are heading for the start of leagues then we will have World Cup qualifiers which will bring good changes in these spots as well.

Brazil is surely the biggest disappointment for the fans with there is no positive signs are coming from them for having improvement because things are looking no development despite having change of coach.

I agree with this point because having big players have never been guaranteed to win cups we also need team have good mentor which give them good training and all things which they needed for having wins against opponents as you mentioned without any doubt this was one of the best Argentina team of all time, but they fail to have desired results currently we are having same problem for the Brazil which is having good names, but things are not going as they needed.
