I think the level of confidence reposed on Spain is quite justifiable because if you go back to search amongst all the countries you have mentioned you Would notice that it is only Spain and Argentina that play like a unit in terms of team work, dedication and also you would notice that the Spanish side is without much big names unlike Germany, Belgium,France, Italy etc but they were still able to conquer Europe.

Based on the current FIFA ranking Spain is the third-best national team in the world. So, it will not be out of place for someone to believe they can win the World Cup. Belgium and Croatia based on the last Euro Competition might not be on my list of countries who will win the competition. It will not be easy for any country to win the World Cup because it is a tournament filled with the best teams in the world.

But why are we not also considering teams like Morrocco? The North African team surprisingly made it to the semi-finals in the last competition in Qatar making them the first African country to achieve that feat. They defeated Portugal, Spain and Belgium to get to the semis.  I desire to see a country that has not lifted the competition to win it this time.
