Mexico won this game 2-0, which is also not a good result because with the performance level of South Africa, they surely deserve more goals, like Mexico playing against Serbia a few days back and scoring 5 goals, but still a good game for both sides, and Mexico is having a good start now. After 7 days, Mexico is going to entertain South Korea in their second game.

I would say that this is a  very good result in a platform like the world cup. Mexico did not concede any goals  in this match. This is their big achievement.

Most of the bettors thought that the match would be exciting. But it was a one-sided match. Mexico  has been able to perform very well. Mexico  has been able to win  the match by dominating. Perhaps you are right that we should not underestimate a team that managed to eliminate Italy and qualify for the World Cup. However on the other hand, Italy are not a particularly strong team at the moment, and Bosnia only got past them with great difficulty in a penalty shootout. I also think they had a fair amount of luck on their side in that tie. Because of that, I do not expect Bosnia and Herzegovina to beat Canada, but I would not rule out the possibility of the match ending in a draw.

Football world cup finally kicked off in Mexico but one thing not good for the game is the number of red cards shown in the opening game. Three straight red cards were shown and they are most in any opening game of world cup. Previously the record of most red cards in opening game of World Cup belonged to Cameroon vs Argentina in 1990, two red cards were shown in that game. South Africa must pay attention to mistakes committed in their first game and avoid them in upcoming games to maintain good reputation as a team.

We know that the opening matches are exciting. But in this match, both the players  were very aggressive. We saw  3 red cards in 90  minutes. This is a new  record.

Honestly, I had high  expectations from South Aafrica. I was looking forward to enjoying an exciting  match. But mexico performed exceptionally in this match. Soon, FIFA will find it difficult to find enough countries to bid for the hosting rights, and they may need to offer a fixed percentage of the tournament revenues in order to get the countries agree to hosting.

FIFA is one of the strongest sports organizations that can do things regarding this, but sadly they are not doing their work about this, and it's creating chaos in this mega event. America and Canada needed to have flexible policies for this World Cup because this is a global event too many players and fans surely want to enjoy this in grounds.

Guys.. this is what I posted a few minutes ago.

I am not that familiar with the CONCACAF teams. How strong is Canada actually? Especially when compared to teams such as Mexico and the United States of America? I was looking at the odds at Stake, and they have given 1.83 for Canada and 4.50 for Bosnia. I know that Bosnia is not a bad team. For heaven's sake they defeated Italy during the UEFA second round qualifiers. They defeated Italy!!! And now they are being given 4.50 against Canada? I would have been OK with Bosnia being given 4.50 against Argentina or Brazil. But against Canada? Are they serious?

And guess what? At the first hydration break, Bosnia is leading Canada by a margin of 1-0. I have no idea how Stake came up with odds of 4.50 for a team that defeated Italy in the World Cup Qualifiers. And CONCACAF has been the weakest confederation in this edition. Weakest teams in the tournament, such as Haiti and Curaçao managed to qualify from this region. Those who followed my advice are likely to end up in green. BTW, a loss here would seriously damage Canada's chances of qualifying for the next stage. They need to face Switzerland, later in the group phase.

From what am seeing on my Tele, honestly Canada were only considered favourites because they are among the hosts otherwise this game doesn't look promising for them as Bosnia looks more of the dangerous team when they come Infront of goal, maybe too early to call but these are among the low scoring games am having on my watchlist.
