We can say that Qatar is one of the weakest teams in the World Cup. In my opinion, Switzerland’s squad quality is enough to advance from the group stage. At the very least, I think they have a high chance of finishing in the top two. With Canada and Bosnia-Herzegovina having drawn and split the points, Switzerland cannot afford to make any mistakes against Qatar. Switzerland will comfortably defeat Qatar and take the lead in the group. I believe Switzerland has a high potential to score at least two goals.

Qatar is genuinely one of the weakest teams in the tournament but this is the World Cup. Players tend to be at their absolute best on the pitch and surpass themselves. However, Switzerland is not a team that will underestimate their opponent and let them into the game. That's why I think they will secure a comfortable victory. Of course, it wouldn't be surprising if Qatar managed to score a goal in this match either.

I do not like the good graces around Neymar da Silva in the Brazil national team and squad. I do think that he shouldn't have been called up for the FIFA World Cup Competition and there are players far better than him who are more fit than him.
He will most likely be out throughout the group games and will be back afterwards, if this was another player will they get the same opportunity?! I think this is where Pedro of Chelsea deserves a call up and why Brazil will not be winning the FIFA World Cup Competition.

So FIFA allows corruption, we know that and I assumed USA would only be able to win games due to referees supporting them and giving them benefit of the doubt. But even I have to be honest and say that USA won this fair and square, they were just much better than Paraguay for sure.

You said the most worrying part of this World Cup. Imagine a referee making a mistake against the US national team. That means for him, an indirect sanction against him by being rejected to travel to some countries?, limited access to his cards? Being followed up and called for courts for silliest mistakes?
Even if this is exaggerated but you can imagine the amount of pressure that referees of these matches are. If the USA progress far in this World Cup then it will be the worst version ever, like it wasn't until now..

In their first match in Group D, the U.S. easily defeated Paraguay and secured three points. The U.S. made a strong start to the group stage by building a lead in the first half and taking control of the game. Thanks to two first-half goals by Folarin Balogun, the U.S. went into halftime leading 3-0; although they conceded a goal, they won the match 4-1 with a goal in the final minute. The U.S. was definitely the favorite going into the match, but I don’t think anyone expected such a lopsided score.

Here where I am it's crazy, everyone says the USA will reach the final, in the betting everyone here was going for the USA, but from what I saw of the game the USA was playing too well, some said that it looks like the Brazil of about 20 years ago, because they would lose a pass and recover it, the defense didn't look like a defense, everyone was attacking, the goalkeeper of the USA needed to play more, but the demonstration of football that he gave was phenomenal.

The unofficial line up I'm seeing in football apps didn't include him. I guess that called was a pressured from people that hold stake in Brazil and Anceloti was not for entertainment. He had to finally let everyone come be at peace that is why he included him if not a country like Brazil that is full of potential players will have nobody as replacement for Neymar, even Neymar will want to be replace but he is afraid to admit the end of his career and peer pressure.

It will not be funny if Morocco find a way to penetrate Brazil with all this expectations, I expected too because some of the things that led to their out in the previous fifa was tings that could have been avoided and Anceloti been a man of work, he can put this guys through to the last stage. I was expecting the USA team to win not because they were playing at home, but also because they have one of their best teams in history. But at the same time I was expecting way more from Paraguay. I understand they are not one of the best South American teams but they barely tried to do something. Just like South Africa the other day.

In my opinion we are already seeing the problems we knew about this World Cup: many teams are not up to the level required to be playing in such competition. I expect to watch games with the best players in the World, I'm already getting tired of watching matches where we have one team that doesn't even know how to play.

If Brazil want to top the group, they will likely need to defeat Morocco, perhaps their toughest opponent in the group. Brazil are the favourites, but I expect Morocco to put up a good fight against their opponents in this match. If Morocco can secure a draw in this match, anything could happen in this group.

Brazil are the favorites in this match no doubt but i think this will be by far the most intresting match so far in the world cup. Probobly one of the biggest matches so far and i cannot wait to watch it because will probobly be good. I want to see how the Brazil team will play and if they are that good as everyone says. Most of people say they will win the world cup but i doubt it. There are far better teams then them so it will be really hard for them.

I’ve been trying to figure out why Brazil is considered the favorite, given that this World Cup squad feels like a new team—only Casemiro and Alisson have World Cup experience, even though there are players like Vinicius. Yes, the public expected that they would win, but not by that big goal difference. I predict that United States will win, but the total goals in the match will not be more than 2,5 goals, which is also the answer I chose in the latest BSFL round. What can we do na, it's just frustrating to see some who are fully fit not called up but Neymar who has lost all his football glory to be on the pitch. Even in the last world cup, I can't remember if he was called or not but Neymar of 4 years ago was better than Neymar of today. I don't know what Ancelotti see or what his going to offer the team in this tournament. There are better players of today in that very wing that's better than him, if it was Neymar of 8 to to 10 years ago.

Morocco does have a good team who would want to resist Brazil but their depth may not get them victory against Brazil, very true that they may luckily get a goal but they are mostly not getting Victory, I believe Brazil squad will do much better with their performance than Morocco will. The Switzerland Qatar is obviously a clear win for Switzerland land, both teams has almost no ground for comparison as the gap differences is just to obvious keeping Switzerland at all the advantages.

For me, this will be the best match of today, Saturday. It's a fact that Brazil is coming in strong. I'm doubtful if they'll play Neymar; I don't think so, because I heard that Neymar will miss Brazil's first game. But I see a great possibility of Brazil beating them. Morocco plays well, but I think Brazil has the upper hand. One interesting thing: according to Ancelotti, he has forbidden his players from dancing when they score goals. Great performance from the united states national mens football team for the super performance in their first game of the tournament as co-host. Honestly I was not expecting this type of performance from the united states, reasons been that Paraguah is not a team that can be pushed away just like that. But that was not the case as the united states showed that they are ready for the challenge as they took the game to another level as they open scoring early in the game. And showed no signs of stopping until they game came to an end. 4:1 is a statement that United States is not a team that should be taken for granted by any team.

USA played really well. I was impressed by their incredible performance. They were putting a lot of pressure on us throughout the match, their attacking was really good. I felt the aggressive moments. In fact, I hope that many underrated teams will play well in this World Cup like last time. I hope it will be an exciting World Cup. However, I enjoyed this USA vs Paraguay match very much. Since this is the World Cup, we will be able to see many more unexpected matches and wins in the future.

United States men's national soccer team performance was very well against Paraguay national football team because they did 4 goals in this match which was not easy for that team to do back to back goals in this match.  Bobadilla was a person who did first goal of the match and he did this goal at 7 minutes of the match and he gave good start to his team and after that goal there was effort by Balogun who did second goal of the match and he did this goal at 31 minutes and he did this goal when it was need of the team and they tried to make pressure on that team and they were successful in their mission.  Balogun did goal again at 50 minutes and after a few minutes Reyna did last goal of the match and he did this goal at 98 minutes.

It is always great to see a lot of goals, and they do a good job. So far there been 12 goals in 4 games, lets hope it keeps up like this, it makes for a great show. FIFA need to make sure that happens, even though it is currently getting a lot of bad press. The issue involves unauthorized visas for players and the team, even if there arent that many cases, this sort of thing shouldnt happen. Plus, there are empty seats in the stadium, even the tickets are all sold out. Lets not talk about the ticket prices for the final. Well, the main thing is that its going to be a great show.

The World Cup has started... I really loved the opening ceremony. Shakira's show was really nice to watch. By the way they say she was her stunt performer but I don't know.  

As for the matches, Mexico just did what was expected. But I thought South Africa would show a little passion. Great work by South Korea! They came back from 0-1. I think they are a serious threat to Mexico in that group.

Funny picture, I've seen few one like this where the Super Bowl and Premier League games were compared, the Super Bowl always lost   Naturally, I'm talking about games like United vs. Liverpool. Basically, it's more American stupidity, like their annual "team that wins the NBA championship becomes world champion."
As for Mexico and South Korea, I think their chances of qualifying are around 80-90%. And considering that eight third-place teams will make it to the playoffs, it's even higher.

yeah still imo USA isn't as good as they looked against Paraguay but people don't really notice how much football has changed over the last 20 years and how South American countries have failed to adapt... they still think south american teams hold the upper hand.
from now on, unless they produce a rare golden generation  no south american country will be able to achieve any success if they stick to their current traits of low work rate, slow tempo and poor conditioning.

We have to see what this USA team are going to do in the World Cup most especially in the Knockout stages, because they’re going to qualify comfortably from the group stages, I don’t really see them as a team that would get to the Semi-Finals of the FIFA World Cup.

exactly, USA beating South American teams isn't a huge achievement anyway. that's exactly what I meant. anyone wondering about the slow pace, low conditioning, lack of pressing and poor concentration in South American football can just open YouTube and watch an Argentine or Brazilian league match to see how far behind they've fallen compared to European and in some areas, even Asian football...

USA is the last host to play their match, surprisingly they put up a better performance in terms of goals than the other two host who played before them. Initially I was thinking Mexico will get the best performance amongst the three of them in their opening matches, Mexico won, Canada drew and just this early morning, USA thrashed Paraguay 4:1. Still in the first half, the camera caught this image which is normal in every match, in the opening match of Mexico, I saw Cafu and Roberto Carlos when the camera caught both of them but the image didn't trend. This is men's world cup match and I'm wondering why these two female celebrities are trending in a man's sports.
