DR Congo has been amazing in the tournament, but if we check the players quality of England and DR Congo, it's obvious England has a good advantage over DR Congo, so I'm expecting England to win their today's match against DR Congo and proceed to the next round. Mexico played a perfect game. They were attacking relentlessly in the first half and Ecuador struggled to handle those attacks. Julián Quiñones was instrumental in Mexico's two goals, he scored the first goal and assisted on the second. In the second half, Mexico changed their game plan completely. They were more focused on defense and counterattacks and Ecuador had no answer on how to break the Mexican defense.

Mexico played exactly as I expected, even though Ecuador are a tough opponent and defend very well. At this World Cup, they also looked quite dangerous going forward.

I think one very important factor was that Mexico are playing this World Cup at home and have tremendous support from their fans. On top of that, they have a very good team. But the next round will be a huge challenge for them, most likely against England. I don't think they'll be able to get past England, and I expect their World Cup journey to end there.

I don't really believe in the predictions they are making, however Brazil won the match, and proved to be superior but with the strength of the individual, we must always remember that Brazil failed to score a goal in the first half and struggled a lot, they were unable to recover anything.

A lot of countries of the world especially most countries in Europe have also benefited from such situations where a player would be born from probably an African country but when the options comes for them to choose a nationality they mostly take the European side, they might not be born in Europe but sometimes they migrated there, so it is something that happens on both sides. However this is the game of football and a winner most emerge, whoever initiated the winning shouldn't be a problem, if the Netherlands had won this game it, wouldn't have brought up this narrative, but now an agenda has been raised and is looking as though the Netherlands are the ones on the receiving side.

Canada is the least amongst these countries that I expected would make the round of 16 in this World Cup and this should be the first time in their football history. It was a really remarkable performance with a late minute winner against South Africa as they advanced to the R16, impressive right?

Scoring against Congo won’t be easy either. I think this team has a strong defense. So even though England will certainly have more possession, it’s not certain they’ll be able to score against Congo. For some reason, I don’t dare to bet on this match because I feel Congo is a team full of surprises that might just overwhelm England.

However, looking at overall quality, England should be able to win without any significant problems. But I still remember Congo’s matches against Portugal and Colombia, in which both Portugal and Colombia were put on the defensive, it seemed as though Congo was always able to effectively neutralize the attacks of those two teams.

The Congolese will most likely try to play the way they did against Portugal and park the bus in front of their penalty area. The Africans won't give the English much room to operate; they will play as tightly as possible near their own goal. Last world cup tournament Morocco surprised many people most expecially we African they got to the level where no African team has reached before in the history of world cup and now they have eliminated Netherlands to reach the round of 16, if they meet France at this level it's going to be strong game for the two sides though France has a stronger team to eliminate Morocco to advance further but we can't conclude if France is going to win this one, Morocco shouldn't be underrated.

Honestly everyone thought that Germany would win against Paraguay and we would see a very exciting match between Germany and France but Germany could not win as expected. However France will play Paraguay in the next match which will be a bit easier for France.

Germany has been struggled since the start of WC. They were getting ez group, but they were not able to beating their opponent with confidence score/ They always win with narrow score against countries that ranked far below them. So it's already spilled us if they would be leaving from WC earlier.

I also see Germany players admitted their terrible performance in the current WC via their interview.

Anyway today there is a match between England and DR Congo where England is the favorite. The team that wins this match will probably play against Mexico in the next round. In this match I want to bet on England. Let's see which team can win this match.

Mexico is trying to utilize the opportunity of being one of the host nations to do something different in the World Cup. They have won their first 4 games which we can say that they met teams they are stronger than but is it really true? they met South Korea, which is not an easy team to win, and even Ecuador is not also an easy team because they won a big team namely Germany before they met Mexico. Nothing beats scoring early goals in the first half because it gives some kind of relief and makes a team to be confident all through the match. Unlike the first half, the second half was tougher, and Mexico couldn't add another goal to the 2 they scored in the first half, so it means that those goals were enough for them to protect till the match ended. Ecuador were not accurate in their shots; they got many off targets shot which is why they couldn't score any goal. Mexico has a solid defense and that is the reason why they are yet to concede any goals after 4 games.

Yesterday we had the favourites of the day all go through, Norway came through despite a tough game, France on the hand had a walk over and starting to look like the favourites of the tournament that's if Argentina don't make it to the finals, Mexico still under the radar but next challenge will be the real test and maybe end of the road 🛣️.

As for Morocco, I think they have set the pace for African teams and of all playing today, I think Senegal has the best chance to progress because they are playing Belgium

What you said is what really happened that Brazil struggled but the outcome is what matters the most and if not for the effort of them pushing too hard on their opponent I don't think they would have won the game instead they would have ended up playing a draw and we know how deadly the extra time use to be, is like playing a penalty and they later find the back of the net. Brazil knew what they were up against, a big threat like if they fail that is the end so they choose to make everything concerning the game difficult for their opponent and Japan was all about defending which gave Brazil an edge over them, if this is the same force they are working with and always converting their chances I believe Brazil won't only advance to the next round but to also score without much struggle.

Do you know the history? Just because you were born in the Netherlands doesn't mean you lack respect for the region that raised you. It's not that simple. While the Netherlands provided a place to grow, Morocco provided them with an identity and more playing opportunities. It's not necessarily true that if a player chooses the Dutch national team, they'll be immediately appointed to the starting lineup. So, please be aware that this kind of thing happens everywhere in football, including Turkey, France, and Senegal, if you're willing to investigate.
