Anyway today there will be a match between Spain and Austria where Spain is the favorite. However in this match Spain players will have to put in a good effort from the start. I think Spain will win this match so I want to bet on Spain.

I thought Belgium would beat Senegal much more comfortably. To be honest, I didn't even think Senegal would be able to score against Belgium. But their attack, led by Mane, played very well. They were really close to reaching the next round. When Senegal went 2-0 up, I thought things could end very badly for Belgium. Still, I had a feeling that Belgium shouldn't lose this match. I thought as much, but at the beginning when Senegal start to lead, I give up for Belgium because the way the match was going it looks like Belgium cannot recover from it but unfortunately I was prove wronged by Belgium squad, the game was so interesting, but I feel bad for Senegal because after struggling to finish the extra time so that the winner can be decided by penalty, that is when penalty was awarded to Belgium and they are able to eliminate Senegal from the world Cup. My major concern here is that what is wrong with the African teams that will have a very beautiful beginning and at the end they disappointed us.

On the one hand  for this tournament, Mbappé, Haaland, and Messi these three players are still in top form and no one has been able to stop them yet as the race for the top scorer title remains extremely tight.  While Vini and Dembele are currently tied for third place in the scoring race  we cannot overlook these three names for the top spots right now.

I don't think that there is currently a stronger team than France, i don't think so and in fact they are continuing to have victory after victory, i also believe that the time has come for mbappe to return to dominating the world championship as it did previously, the only one is Argentina who are constantly helped, the only obstacle could be them.

With the current level of performance, I am expecting France to make it into the last four without any problem, but soccer is now having too many surprises on matchday performance. Just because of this, nothing is easily predictable; a possible game between Portugal and Spain is going to be challenging for both sides.

Mexico vs. England is going to be a game of the round of 16. Both can qualify because both have the same level of attack, but Mexico is looking superior in defense in the last four games they conceded no goals. This is a big boost for them in the World Cup. England never lost in the last few games but now the situation is completely different both will be at their best in this game.

Wow guys, DR Congo scored a goal and could this be the start of a possible nightmare for a team like England? I don't know, but I see that Congo is playing more with heart than technique, and that could complicate things a lot for the Premier League professionals, who are mostly in this World Cup. Belgium's win yesterday seems like the biggest irrationality of this tournament so far. Belgium played absolutely crap, and in the end, they scored two goals out of practically nothing. At that point, I already knew Belgium would likely win in extra time or a penalty shootout (once things started to turn around like that, there's no turning back). But Senegal should have won in regulation time, it's a shame they're leaving the tournament. Senegal scored 10 goals in four games (against France, Norway, and only one weak opponent: Iraq). A good team.

I have just rewatch that scene again and to be honest, it was a penalty. The Senegalese player stepped on the Belgium player leg in the 18 yard box. The ball was moving toward the Belgium player when the contact was made. I don't think there is something to argue about that penalty. The rule is clear on this, as long as there is contact and the defender didn't get the ball first, it's a clear foul. The refree acted professionally in my opinion.

But let forget about the penalty. Why did Senegal blew up a 2-0 lead in the last minute of the game? Their concentration level was supposed to be high at that. They really deserved what they got for blowing their chances away for losing concentration in the last minute.

I think most of the African teams are lacking the mentality to win in this knockout phase despite playing well like in the case of the Senegalese they were dominant, they didn’t respect Belgium, played good football and unfortunately they couldn’t hold on to the lead until the final whistle and then there’s Congo who took an early lead but couldn’t maintain it to till end.

And their game was tough because Senegal had a lot of scoring chances, but Belgium was making it difficult. Senegal was creative and good, but the issue now is that, when it comes to football, luck might not be on your side, because what we all expected was entirely different. I was expecting Senegal to win, but it was a different case, and my expectation was for Senegal to win.

If England loses today, another European team will be eliminated from the World Cup. We knew these teams to be very  strong. But their performance in the World wup is surprising everyone. I thought the Congo vs England match would be one-sided. But congo is performing brilliantly. They are leading 1-0. Even then, they are not playing defensively. They  are continuing to try to score goals from  counterattacks. After  55 minutes, Congo is still ahead. We have to  admit that the team is playing incredibly well. The  match has become very exciting.

England didn't lose because they have a solid team that can concede a few goals, but then when the attackers leave they do things badly and Harry Kane has in fact proven that he is truly a hurricane, it must be said that without him though i don't know if they would have got through so easily, i is not convinced.

France is keeping up to their pace and I see them in the finals and the major favorite of winning this world cup. They were in the last world cup finals but Argentina stopped them from winning it. Let's see this time which team will be in the finals with them. Though, most big teams are still struggling.

Good to see England getting the shock treatment from Congo. Unfortunately Congo couldn't sustain the momentum, and lost the match eventually. But it was an amazing performance from a team that is participating in the FIFA World Cup after a lengthy gap of 52 years. Also, when they participated in 1974, they lost all the three matches they played. This time though, they got one win (vs Uzbekistan) and a memorable draw against Portugal. In general, there is no doubt that the African teams are improving with each tournament. Morocco is far ahead of the rest, but teams like Senegal and Congo are also rapidly improving.

Yes for the time being we see that France is running smoothly until the round of 16, how they beat Sweden very easily and the previous matches so I also agree with Argentina who are running smoothly too until they win their matches, we can conclude that now, but I say not necessarily, That's because there could be something that is an obstacle for France that makes them lose the chance to win, even Mbappe can be guarded tightly if he has a tough defender, let's see first how Argentina faces Cape Verde, whether they will be unlucky this time or not, because it could be that Cape Verde is a dark horse in this world cup.

They received the worst and most humiliating defeat than how any African countries have lost on the knockout, there knockout was even the easiest to think of how they lost even when they had already scored up to the goals that should have guaranteed them victory. It pains so match that Senegal was not leading Belgium with a goal but it was two goals and Belgium didn't start the equalizing from the beginning of second half but it was already late when a country will seriously find it difficult to equalise a goal because it was on 84 minutes and Senegal was still with two goals leading before everything they had done was messed up. There is something a country will do even if there was a penalty you were not convinced against them but it will not bother you because they have already ruined the good match that was happening for them.
