I think France are the last team to be eliminated early in the current draw... I mean they are more reliable than others in terms of getting a surprising early elimination.

No, it was fair and Argentina won, we Africans and the world at large congratulated Cape Verde for their heroics, they held a football giant like Argentina and dragged them to extra time. If refereeing was fair like that of Cape Verde will the Egyptians and the world be complaining? You called back a foul that happened 30 seconds ago before a goal and disallowed the goal for Egypt but that same foul that happened before Argentina scored was allowed, where's the consistency? You are absolutely right. Everyone will be expecting France to progress, but we should not underrate the moroccan side, they shocked the world in the last world cup edition by reaching the semi finals, and we have seen them knockout some stronger teams.

In this match, Morocco was indeed able to keep up in terms of ball possession. however the French players were clearly the heavy favorites, they were even able to break through Morocco’s defense several times. i thought it was only a matter of time before France scored a goal. but Morocco certainly cannot be underestimated even when facing France. In the previous World Cup Morocco faced Portugal in the quarterfinals and everyone was surprised when Morocco managed to win.

However, in that same World Cup Morocco fell short in the semifinals after being defeated by France. And well, it seems France has always been Morocco’s toughest opponent. It looks like this World Cup will be no different, Morocco will likely be stopped by France once again.
