England play fast-paced football and Argentina play controlled football. I really think that the England-Argentina match will be more exciting and this may be the most difficult match of the tournament for Argentina.
If you look at Argentina's last two or three matches, you will see that Argentina is lagging behind in defense. Especially in the last two matches, we did not see Ota Mendy play the whole time, who is basically considered the best player in Argentina's defense.
However, I think Argentina may change their strategy in the match with England.
Anyway, I think the match will be enjoyable in a different way.

I really doubt that England actually play fast football because what I watched against Norway was definitely not a fast football rather than a safe football from them, same thing with Argentina. I think both nations need to understand that they definitely have to improve their game in the next game because the two deserved to be out from the quarterfinals if we actually placed it on performance, alone but both teams were actually very resilient that they actually managed to win.

For Argentina yes they have been poor throughout the knockout stages and have played 120 minutes in each of the knockout stages, I think they need to avoid that against England. As for your claim about Nicolas Otamendi you’re wrong. Otamendi isn’t the best defender in this Argentina squad, the two best center backs are both Cuti Romero and Lisandro Martinez who both have done excellently in my opinion in this tournament. 4-4-2 was a better formation for the Norway team, both Haaland and Sorloth up front. Playing Sorloth as a winger affected the game, when Bobb was substituted in, the game changed, Norway lacked creativity on the right side of the wing, I think the coach didn't utilize the players very well. Norway managed to qualify for the world cup after a long time. None of the players in the squad had the  experience of playing on the world cup platform. Still they  played brilliantly. I thought they would be eliminated against Brazil. But the team performed brilliantly. Norway tried their best against England to win. But winning against an  experienced and  strong team like england is always challenging. Despite  fighting hard, they lost the match 2-1 . There was no shortage of effort from the players. The match was also very competitive.

I was hoping Norway would get to the final and even win the World Cup now because it would be a new history of course, but the truth is they failed to beat England by a narrow score and yes you are right that England are a more experienced team in the World Cup compared to Norway and maybe because of this they are difficult to beat England. But with the struggle they can be up to now of course it is a good fight.

Are you commenting here without reading FIFA rules, looking at emotional posts on social media? The red card given to Breel Embolo was not controversial, rather if you research the rules a little bit, you will understand why the Swiss player got a red card. Even in the Egypt match incident, I don't find any controversy, if you look at the incident, you will see that Salah, who was the victim of the (claimed) foul, was not appealing for a foul or reacting to it, this incident is more a problem for the fans of the other player than for the player. Even the goal being disallowed was normal, if a clear foul was committed during the buildup, that goal would be disallowed.

Argentina is  always favoured by FIFA but the reason why they were able to win Switzerland is because of the red card. If you notice after Embolo was sent out of the game, Switzerland performance reduced drastically that was when Argentina start pressuring them. FIFA is more concerned about their business than the fans interest Which they have planned earlier before the tournament started. Messi has been nicknamed FIFA boy by many fanbase since years back and every 4 years, we see it playing out. The current Argentina team is not in good form so they require some of this little assistance to reach the finals. Switzerland had a good chance to win the game but Breel Embolo's red card gave Argentina the opportunity to get through to the semi final. Obviously that's very stupid of him knowing his already on a yellow card, or would I say that sometimes these players used to forget that they're on a card? just maybe that's what happened. Lately majority of the games played, both from the round of 16 down here now settles in the extra time, we have had that in many occasions this tournament.

If we are going to have a reply of the last World Cup, Argentina's chances to win are extremely small in my opinion. France are way superior this time. I will not say they have win the World Cup already even if the strange incident keep happening as far as the team they are planning against score a clean goal and VAR approve and everyone see it that is a clean goal they can’t cancel the goal that what I know. At least in the case of Switzerland, their national team won't have anything to be afraid of when coming back to Switzerland, back to their motherland. I don't really blame Sorloth for that chance, honestly all the blame should be built on the whole Norway project, if they had just played better, they wouldn't have relied on that single chance that was missed. Spain wasn't the favorite. I had bet on Portugal to win. However, football is unpredictable. Imagine the midfield Portugal had in that game. A midfield that is incredible in their respective clubs. Yet that midfield cant produce and assist for the strikers. Spain didn't have the complete team to win Portugal. I think Portugal limited their capability. All thanks to the coach who made sure they were out of the World Cup. He coached the Portugal team to confine their talent by playing defensively.

Funny to me though, so after watching Portugal right from the group stages to the very moment they played against Spain, you thought they were going to win Spain! The only time that useless midfield of theirs worked was against Uzbekistan and not in any other game. Against DR Congo, it wasn't effective that's why they didn't win, against Columbia, Columbia bosses Portugal in that last group stage match but were unfortunate not to beat Portugal. Against Croatia the midfield was also useless because Croatia midfield were in control, the coach had to even remove Bruno and Vitinha for balance to be restored to Portugal side. So you see, just like you said, the midfielders are incredible in their respective clubs. Spain was more complete to beat Portugal because they have a midfield that understands themselves. After the 3 group stage matches, Portugal were even lucky to beat Croatia in my view.

I've been reading different opinions about Argentina's chances of winning this year's and I'm thinking if I'm the only one that doesn't think they'll be able to get past England in the semi finals? I honestly don't think they'll best the Three Lions of England. And if for any reason they beat England and reach the final, Kylian Mbappe and his teammates will want to take a revenge of that 2022 final.
