We are halfway through the year so I might be a little late to the game but I'm still looking for polygon/matic to make some moves once we get back into full bull mode.  I think it would be easier to tell you what not to get into (meme coins) than what to actually buy.  Steer clear of fads.

in any market prices go up and down is normal, and the crypto market is no exception. as you said, in the crypto market we know the term bearish which means a decrease in prices and bullish which means an increase in prices. after bullish there will definitely be bearish because it is impossible for the price to continue to rise. in 2021 the crypto market was in a bullish phase, so it is very normal in 2022 the crypto market entered a bearish phase which resulted in all cryptos losing most of their prices.

My experience in crypto/web3/blockchain is around 18 months.

$ADA - No one ever really finds huge faults in the coding and it's system. Any FUD never really has any merits. Strong to lean on.

$XRP $XLM $XDC - We all now these are beasts, and we're pretty sure FEDNOW runs through one or more of these

$HBAR - The sleeping giant, as I've read it. Any company with a "Council" of 32 elite sharpened companies..... It's a consensus goon and will probably have every transaction ever running through it for consensus prototcols

$CSPR - So, they have hosted the Davos Summit in Aspen for 2022 and 2023. I highly recommend you YouTube and listen to the full streams. They seem to be the enterprise blockchain. Like whatever the interface for Web3 would be for the elite on like, The Enterprise or The Nebachanezzer or like the augmented reality screen in Minority Report, I think that could be what Casper is.

$KAS - Kaspa seems like a leader for POW coins. IDK much about it, but I connect with POW projects.

$QNT - To me, Quant is basically the new governement of the techonocrats. Politicians have a new leading force IMO. Quant will be the company.

$ALGO - The price is unbeatable rn. I once read that the deed you receive if you choose to maintain your XRP is an NFT on the Algorand blockchain.

$GALA - I think this is the chosen for blockchain gaming. There's a trend with the logos of crypto. The Top Dogs of cryto, the $XLM $XRP $HBAR $QNT $ALGO $IOTA (the ones that are ISO20022 and basically required by those who chose them for use) they all have the same designer for their logos if you'll notice. Black and white. And the way they fit into their circles is very precise and very cut from the same graphics designer. actually you will find it difficult to find altcoins that are growing at a time like this to be used as a reference as an investment. we know that the market situation is indeed being corrected and we can be sure that all prices are falling but of course this is the right time to buy. What altcoins might be used as an investment, of course you need to analyze, if you want to analyze, you can just look at CMC by looking at the progress of each altcoin from time to time and being able to find out which altcoins can indeed increase when the market improves. if you don't want to get too dizzy, of course you can easily place altcoins in the top 10 because you can be sure that these altcoins are the best so far. my suggestion is that BNB is very attractive for investment because a very deep correction and the possibility of a high increase can occur.

BNB is the binance exchange native coin, ofcourse the CEO of binance, Changpeng Zhao would do anything to make sure his coin have a promising future, the same thing applicable to Bitcoin and Ethereum, one must learned that these coins will never stimulates into cease in existence during the bear season, despite been really hits hard, but they still stand out top among other projects, this is a clear message to the investors.
