I think that is considered a perk in getting Ronaldo in SPL, we all know that Ronaldo himself is a well known athlete and influential as well, and it will be no surprise if Al Nasr will use his influence in European League to acquire more productive players in the future. I realize that too, only I don't say it as often as you do. There are other targets that the Arabs want to achieve besides business and improving the quality of their league, but something like promoting themselves as the home team for a future World Cup may also be on their list of plans.

I don't really follow much of the Arab Pro League other than the fact that many of Europe's top players have joined. The Arab Pro League may be getting competitive, but that development isn't going to be big in short term. Long-term projects are much more likely to be prioritized, but they do take a lot of money, planning and investment.
