Of course it can. I read that Mbaye Diagne, who plays in Turkey today, was transferred to a team from the Saudi 2nd league. Although this team is in the second league, it will give Diagne around $4.7 million annually. This money still means big money in Europe. Pro Arab League, so far it has succeeded in being in the spotlight for the world media. Many of the clubs in Europe are owned by wealthy Arabs, so I conclude that they are financially well-established clubs. Although it is rumored that some clubs have debt, but in my opinion it is still in a reasonable category, because in fact the big and fairly rich clubs in Europe also have debt. Previously Henderson has been reject the offers from Al-Ettifaq but i don't really know what causes he starting to considering that offer and i know Henderson last season cannot showing his best performance and Klopp was more likely to played him as the substitution but i think he still decent to playing at Liverpool even so with Fabinho that he is still main option for holding midfielder last season and i have been watching him several times performing well and as Liverpool fans personally i don't want to lost these players

I think they will still play competitively like in the previous league and their way will probably change a little or be a bit stiff considering it is their first time in the saudi league. Nicolo Zaniolo has been one of the best performers this season.  It would be better for him not to accept this huge money offer from the Saudi League as he is more likely to play in European clubs in the future. He must join European clubs to build a career, not just looking at money. Nicolo Zaniolo has been offered by European clubs except the Saudi club so I think it would be better to accept the offer from European clubs. Zaniolo moved from Roma to Galatasaray with a quite long contract term up to 2027, which makes them decide when to let the player go if no team is willing to pay the release clause which isn't that high luckily.
Playing in Galatasaray will make him playing in European competitions, which is the most important advantage, other than that Saudi league is better financially and with the number of players arrived there, the league will be interesting too.
