We cannot really say that they are ignoring their own because of what they are doing now which may seem that they are forgetting their own, in-fact, local players still makes up most of the SPL clubs. They are just acquiring European players to make their team more strong and that kind of move is not that new to us anymore because other sports industries are also doing that, not just for power but for fame and advertising as well since SPL needs more exposure to make the league bigger. Saudi pro league has been raising the total foreign player that can be recruited by the club but there's no limit for the funds that can spent by the club, it doesn't even matter if saudi pro league was spending billions amount of money to recruit european player.

We also know their concerns, so the federation must protect everyone in order to continue to contribute well to the development of Saudi football.

In the EPL there is a term "Homegrown" where each club is required to have at least eight local players, and at least one person must be played during the match. People usually underrate the abilities of the local players alot probably because the league is investing so much money to sign foreign players but I don’t see them that way, compared to other top league the saudi league is not up the standards yet but that doesn’t mean there are no good players in the league. I do watch some matches in the league and i was seen some decent local players, i was surprised at first but then i realized maybe it’s because the league was not given attention that’s why we don’t notice them. What surprised me most was a player i saw dribbling showing off skills like we see in European football that was the day I realized they got talent too.

Previously, the teams in this league were dominated by local players. Even when Al Nassr has Ronaldo and several foreign players, Al Hilal, Al Ittihad and several other clubs are dominated by local players. especially, defensive play. Last season, Al Ittihad conceded the fewest goals in their 30 matches. they only conceded 13 goals, even though most of their defense players were dominated by local players. this season, like it or not, they also have to upgrade some of their local players plus a combination of several foreign players. because now the competition in this competition is quite competitive. plus, some of Europe's top players came to participate in the Saudi Pro League.

Well, the most unique is Al Taawoun. some of the foreign players they have, are not as famous as the top European players who are members of several big clubs. He had a very good 1st season when he returned to united after many seasons and despite his age he managed to score about 24 goals in all competition for united and i believe their ways many circumstances apart from his age that made his performance in the club to drop the next season and I feel one of them was due to the issue he had with Erik Ten Hag and also the fact that they couldn't offer him champions league football made him wanted to leave the club.
 But since he couldn't secure a champions league football in another European league cub he decided to accept a huge offer to play for the Saudi League and to be honest I felt that was one of the worst deal of the season but i was wrong because he's helped influence the development of the league and even other top European players to join him there making it more interesting and has even won a trophy with his team Al-Nassr.

Even though Al-Ittihad's squad wasn't as ambitious last season, they did pretty well in the Saudi Professional League and won the title. They are perhaps on their way to becoming the best in the league with the transfers they made to guarantee everything this year. For now, the points in the league are very close and it looks like Al-ittihad can take control of the leadership in the coming weeks. Other teams with strong forward and midfield lines have superstars as well, yes, but the team and Al-Itthiad as a whole are among the favorites this year. Yeah Al-Ittihad is one of the strong candidates to secure the title this season but the chances are still the same as the other 4 clubs moreover this competition still has many matches ahead so that each club can still take over. I also didn't know, this Saudi League before. The government of Saudi Arabia really know how to push the acceleration of their League, they need a figure top players in this world besides being a magnet also these top players can give good advice to develop their league, or may can be a good example for young Arab players.
