In the next hour, Al-Ittihad will play their 7th match then they will take over the standings with a total of 18 points then tomorrow's big match between Al-Nassr vs Al-Ahli one of them will lose a point or only get 1 point.

Al-Hilal is still topping the but the draw with fifteenth-placed Damac has made them lose a significant two points. The entire Al-Halil team underperformed and from the statistics or is glaring that Damac was able to face the league toppers. It took Ronaldo some time to start putting up quality performances. So I think Neymar needs some time to get used to the Saudi League. Even the current world's best player Benzema is still struggling to make a meaningful impact in the league.

Now Al-Halil is closely followed by Al-Taawoun and Al-Ettifaq with just one point.  Al-Ittihad and Al-Ahli Saudi both have the opportunity to go to the top of the league if they win their games. Al-Ittihad will be slogging it out with seventh-placed Al Fateh, while Al-Ahli Saudi will deal with Al-Nassr FC. I think Al-Ittihad has a better chance of topping the league because they have a higher goal advantage and playing a less quality team.

Despite the fact that his girlfriend (as I understand it, there was no official marriage, but he has her) is pregnant. If you look at the quality of SPL I am still quite sure if they are still below European level. European players who come are interested not because of the competition, but indeed the money offered is quite large. This makes European players who enter retirement age and even those who have not gone to the SPL. Like Firmino, Mane they have struggled to find a team in Europe. Even they were banished from the club. But at the moment they are able to compete and perform quite well in the SPL.

That's because most of the players who joined the Saudi League were at the end of their careers and these players couldn't have good performances mostly because of their ages.
For example, Sadio Many had an amazing performance in Liverpool and Ronaldo was a legendary and effective palyer in Real Madrid but both of are joined Al Nassr while both players were not in good form and Neymar was also injured for months, otherwise, these players would never join the Saudi teams.

Whenever a team is given 1.16 to win, that never felt like a good idea to bet to me. I get that it may look good to some people because it's almost like there is a guaranteed win, but I do not think that it will be as good as people think it will be. I hope that it gets to a point where we could see them make some changes, and for that to exist we need to reach to a point where we could end up with a great result one way or another.

Indeed. Neymar still can't show his quality as a superstar player. He even made Al Hilal attacking looks worse than previously. I'm not sure what's happening with him, but he looks playing without a good motivation as he ever showed in PSG or in Barcelona. Neymar must think seriously to improve his performance, he can't continue his bad form. He is paid with huge salary in Al Hilal, everyone expects to see good quality of Neymar.

If I were the coach, I prefer to exclude Neymar from the starters. He is better to play as a substituted player, he must watch more closely how Al Hilal plays effectively. Al-Ittihad won the match, they are in the 1st place now. But the point gap is only 1, it shouldn't be difficult to return to the 1st place. Moreover, there are sill many remaining matches. I didn't watch this match, but it looks like the system implemented by Jorge Jesus didn't work as he planned. In this match, Jorge Jesus continued to apply his 4-2-3-1 system. However, Neymar is played as an attacking midfielder. As a result, Neymar's performance was not very good.

With all the quality players at Al Hilal, I wasn't expecting to struggle against clubs like Damac but unfortunately for them today they couldn't take all three points from the Saudi Pro League game they played against Damac today.
Despite having Aleksander Mitrovic, Neymar and Malcolm in their front line today, Al Hilal were forced to a scored draw thereby dropping two points as a result of which I think might affect them in their Saudi Pro League title chase.

It's true that it's a fact that's hard to deny, money is the biggest motivation for former European star players to move there. Calculating retirement funds and trying new challenges for the remainder of his professional career, I think there is no problem with that. Basically, the move is equally profitable from a business perspective, the large expenses for providing players salaries will be covered by the income that will be obtained by the club that recruits them. I think clubs in Europe also apply the same policy in recruiting players, but prioritize young players because the league there is already competitive.

A solid foundation is not built in a hurry therefore I think it's too early to compare the Saudi pro league to the European league, because the European league has been there for decades even before Arabians pick Interest in developing their football  but the SPL on the other hand is on a gradual process and with the help of top European players that switched over to the league has improved it to a better standard.
 
 The thing's majority of these  European players are there to make money while getting more playing time as well as a retirement plan for older players which is very beneficial for both club and players especially if he was top class during his prime like Cr7, Neymar,  Mane, etc. An d if you noticed most clubs that recruited more European players are the ones performing better than others.

Overall, Damac played better than Al Hilal in this match, which made them able to put a lot of pressure on Al Hilal in this match. Of course everyone thinks that Al Hilal can win this match easily but they have difficulty doing that after Damac managed to play better than them. Even in this match Neymar also played but he was unable to score because the Damac players did not provide space for Neymar to score.

Damac managed to hold Al Hilal to a draw, of course that was quite good for them because in terms of team quality, Al Hilal certainly has a number of players who are more qualified than them. Damac was able producing more goal attemps compared with al hilal. it's an unbelievable thing to see damac played so crazy. This is the reason why im not fully trusting the big club in SPL even though these clubs have bought lots of europan talents.
The local team can be considered strong as well caused by so many times the club like al hilal and ittihad were struggling to beat the small club.

The match have been won by Al-Ittihad, but the first goal have come from Al Fateh. During the 30^th minute goal have come from Saadane. Following the goal Romarinho made an awesome goal at the 38^th minute that served to be the equaliser. Further the momentum is kept continued as Al-Ittihad player Kante scored another goal during the additional time of the first half. This made Al-Ittihad lead the match 2-1 by the end of the first half. During the second half Al Fateh tried the best, and they failed to convert shots into goals. With this win Al-Ittihad have reached the first place on the points table.

Yes, it's true, Neymar is not fully fit. This can be seen in the two matches played, he has not fully given his best for Al Hilal, he has not been fully able to adapt. Until now, that was my question I mean Damac doesn't have a strong defense this can be seen from their last few matches from 7 matches Damac has conceded 14 goals so is it possible that Al-Hilal with the main squad won't be able to score more than 1 goal? The last game that Neymar played for Al Hilal he didn't have any impact as well, the game against Navbahor in the AFC Champions League› ended in a draw so I wasn't expecting much to happen win this games as well. Domac is a poor side against Al Hilal as they mostly lose each time they play and currently sitting at the 15th position on the table but still they were the better yesterday and deserved a point from the game. I believe the Al Hilal team are now depending on Neymar too much since he started playing, Al Hilal don't lose game that much when Neymar was injuired and if this repeat itself in the next game the coach shoudn't start Neymar but only bring him in as a substitute just as he did against Al-Riyadh and Neymar got an assist in that game.

My prediction on the Al-Nassr vs Al-Ahli Saudi game that'll be played today.

There are couple of marches to be played today but my interest is in the game between Al-Nassr vs Al-Ahli Saudi. Both teams has been on foeym with Al Nassr winning their last 5 games while Al Ahli Saudi winning 4 but this does mean Al Ahli Saudi is going to be an easy challenge for Al Nassr to pass. Al Nassr has a good record against them as they have won them 3 times in the last 5 meetings with a draw coming recently when both teams played. Al Ahli Saudi has Riyad Mahrez, Roberto Firmino and an experience keeper (forward Chelsea keeper) Édouard Mendy so they have some quality in the team that'll pose a threat to Al Nassr but I have my money on Al Nassr to win because of the form they're on. The chemistry between Ronaldo and Meme is capable of destroying the Al Ahli Saudi defense and giving them the victory.
