I think if he really does receive a good offer from Al Rayyan, he would be better off moving there. Nunez will certainly replace him, as he's currently injured, which will undoubtedly push him further down the pecking order at Al Hilal. Aleksandar Mitrovic's transfer to Al Rayyan has actually been realized based on the information (Source). I think every new coach has their own perspective on tactics and how they manage a team or even change the playing style of some players, where this situation also has its own perspective for each player.
