I am in his same situation but told 3 months.  Definitely a dishonest and shady site.
This is why I invite you all, who have been scammed or facing troubles with this casino, to create accusation threads against them on the scam Accusations board and to provide all your proofs. If you provide enough evidence, they will get tagged and they will never have any representation on this forum (at least none with any credibility) till they resolve all the open scam accusation cases against them.


They should not hesitate to file a scam accusation if the time to wait for them to resolve the complaint is taking them too long, this is to warn people, they have not yet established their reputation, and since they cannot or will not resolve the accusation, the representative should be tagged and a flag should be created for them, there will be more players getting their account under investigations even if these accounts are clean, if there is no report about their action.

But hearing them out seems to be opening the idea that there's really something wrong. I've seen them run a campaign and thought that they'll get some popularity in the forum but it all come up too quick as it ends for a week.
The representative from jackbit said that the signature campaign would be resumed, but it would be better if the complaints that appeared in this thread were resolved first because it would not be good for the results of the signature campaign if the complaint remained unresolved, and the account representative had not been online for several days, hopefully when he's back online he can take charge of all these issues just fine.
This thread should also prioritize discussing about the casino and hosting complaints and casino reviews over discussing their casino signature campaign, I also think they have a reason to stop and continue the campaign at any time, so coming back to the community in this forum can understand their decision

No use to relaunch the signature campaign there's an accusation that needs to be resolved and when a flag is created and generates support from the community, the signature campaign cannot save them if these issues are unresolved, the team should prioritize addressing the issues, it will stop from people from joining and depositing I hope the admin of this casinos is fully aware of the complaint, this casino did not yet reach its first month here, a casino that starting to build their reputation will not leave this announcement in their first two months here.

now when i check the bscan with the wallet they use to send me money ... they have only 6 dollars in USDT
i dont know what to think

I think it should be instant but they just busy or have an internal problem which make the withdrawal is manual right now.

Well the wallet you've search on BSC scan isn't always their hot wallet, it might be just a payment provider they used. I don't believe a casino doesn't have any bankroll because they will face huge problem in the future when a lucky gambler win some money.

However I will keep watching and see the improvement of this casino.

Yes, before they proceed and get back to their campaign they should clear all of those problems, allegations regards to their service.

Because if a service like them do have some problems and even if they run a good campaign with a good manager, still, the reputation that they've built through the feed back of those unsatisfied customers will reflect to that.

As much as they want to fix it, they have the obligation to clear their name and make those unsatisfied customers to become satisfied.

Jackbit denied my withdraw and told me an investigation is underway for my account. I have deposited 500$, placed 12 bets in total and was going to withdraw 937.15$ total (so 437.15$ profit). I asked them the reason for the investigation and they refuse to tell me because it's their company's terms to not share info about an ongoing investigation with a customer and just told me that they will update me via email and that it can take up to 6 months.

Any ideas of what I should do? I have just filled a complaint with their gaming commission, should I also open a thread on scam accusations?

But hearing them out seems to be opening the idea that there's really something wrong. I've seen them run a campaign and thought that they'll get some popularity in the forum but it all come up too quick as it ends for a week.

Yes, before they proceed and get back to their campaign they should clear all of those problems, allegations regards to their service.

It seems Backbit is experiencing some growing pains, they are learning their way around the forum and its etiquette and it seems there are some users unsatisfied with the service, especially the withdrawals, then special attention should be bestowed to this topic in particular, the length of time it will take and the communication during the whole process, gamblers are very wary about their money being withheld and to respond to this wariness prompt communication is a must.

Jackbit denied my withdraw and told me an investigation is underway for my account. I have deposited 500$, placed 12 bets in total and was going to withdraw 937.15$ total (so 437.15$ profit). I asked them the reason for the investigation and they refuse to tell me because it's their company's terms to not share info about an ongoing investigation with a customer and just told me that they will update me via email and that it can take up to 6 months.

Any ideas of what I should do? I have just filled a complaint with their gaming commission, should I also open a thread on scam accusations?
