Hey Jackbit, I have a terrible experience with your sister-site (owned by same company) Freshbet.
They asked for a selfie video 2 weeks ago and are taking a rediculous long time to verify it. I keep asking for updates every day but they keep repeating the same copy/paste answer. How on earth can verifying a selfie take more than 2 weeks time?
I have not made any sportsbetting winnings (I am break even there), just only some winnings in slot games.
I am getting desperate about this very annoying situation so I am asking your help here since you have the same owner and Freshbet does not have a topic in Bitcointalk. Hope you can help please.
