We can see a great competition among us and so known people in BTT. I am familiar with many users in my division and I know that they always follow several sports events and posting in gambling discussion a lot, making it challenging to beat or win any of them. I will certainly focus all my effort to guess the correct answers and secure a good position in the division, as it's a lot of fun to watch a match or any event mentioned and selected in the weekly BSFL formula.

Oh come on... second round in a row where my rival, (mv1986 in this case) got 5 correct answer in the H2H question, i dont want to be again like in season 2 the team with more goals conceded.

It is actually a little bit closer than you think, I got 4 correct answers as Udinese lost in overtime and tied the game in the 90 minutes and those 90 minutes are what counts anyway. It is a total of 4-2 against you. I was pretty damn sure that Manchester United and Arsenal would both not win their games. Arsenal was almost a no-brainer to me and I don't want to sound like a smartass, but there is a story to my choice regarding these League Cup and other less important cups:

My first big win in online gambling is like maybe 15 years ago or so and it was a game between I think West Ham United and Manchester United and the odds for West Ham to win both halves were like almost 30, maybe 25, I can't recall exactly. And I remember my friend and I did the analysis and it was some inferior cup and we bet big on it and won. I think it ended 4-0 for West Ham back then.

Ever since that happened, I look with totally different eyes at these tournaments. As soon as there is one team that is playing Champions League next season guaranteed against another team that considers the League Cup a backdoor to the European tournaments, I have seen countless of times that the top team gets destroyed.

That is not a mistake, it is intentional. It is a game that has been played in Round 1 and later on we had to change complete schedule for div 3B. That means those games got sprinkled across several rounds. If you check the schedule you will see a few more rounds with results already entered.

Those people will play only for free bet in those rounds.

Yeah, I really hate these kind of questions. I never know what to answer so I decided to put all Yes this time. I'm not sure if it payed off. Maybe if I had done my research for that question a little better, I would be up by a point now. Never mind... On to the next different answer and it's the Newcastle-Arsenal game. I have answered a draw which I don't like to do because there is always more chance on some team winning.

I could not ask for a better start in Round 3.
After first two questions I have three points advantage over my nemesis, but we have four more different questions and anything can happen in next few days.
This season I am going for best possible goal difference, and my players will be serious until the last whistle.
Lets see what happens this weekend and let the best team wins.

Cagliari was a much better team last night, but Udinese took a lead through set piece, and change to max defense
nevertheless, Cagliari scored great one from free kick, and it was an obvious penalty on that point as well and pass through on late winner in 120 minute, last minute in extratime, could score another one after that

I bought a PS5 however I couldn't buy the newly released games because of their being very expensive. Therefore I'm confessing that I sold the match to buwaytress last week.   If we play against each other in the cup I can sell the match to you as well in exchange for a game chair.   Joking aside it is really very sad to have lost 4 points because of forgetting to make predictions. Because after becoming the champion last season I have been wishing to finish in at least top 3 in this year as well.

Div 1 pays 2.5mBTC, Div 2 pays 1.5mBTC, and Div 3 plays for free in order to achieve promotion and experience. I'm not sure if the Cro2 has ever thought of this setup. Div 2 shouldn't be playing for free

I feel like this could be something to consider actually. Could complicate but why not a portion of Div2 prizes set aside for paid participants? The more pay, the bigger the portion from overall Div2?

But you name it, I said I was pretty damn sure about those outcomes, yes, but I was a big fat coward at the same time as I didn't have the guts to place a bet on those games. I didn't check the odds and I am quite sure that a combination bet of Arsenal not winning and Manchester United not winning would have been a pretty decent outcome. But there is of course still a big difference to bet on "X not to win the game" instead of "Y to win the game". The odds for the combo West Ham + Newcastle would have nicely been in the double digits.

Jaw breaker for the tennis question, question No. 8, with Danil Medvedev eliminated early into the tournament, we have Jannik Sinner had to forfeit his 1/16 match up against Alex De Minaur due to fatigue has he had just about 14 hours after a 3 set game win against McDonald to be on court against, there is absolutely for him to recover for a game in 14 hours, after he had played until 2:37 AM against McDonald, that's surely a very poor fixtures schedule from the organizers to be very honest. However, that's to my very own advantage, I have all players No for my answers, and my opponent have otherwise, meanwhile 2 players are out already, while Holger Rune is likely to face Novak Djokovic in the Quarter finals, increasing my chances there. Tsitsipas had just won his own fixture against Zerev, had the result gone the other way, that would have been a wrap for me on that question, but I'm still keeping my fingers crossed.

It may be difficult, but it is doable with a sufficient number of participants in Div 2 who are willing to pay and those in Div 3 who are willing to pay. Divisions 3 A and B can always compete for free bets. We need to enhance the prize pool for Divisions 1 and 2.

I personally want the first reward for the Div 1 winner to be about $3-5k in the future, and in order to do so, we must raise the join fees every season. It's worth paying 3-4mBTC for a chance to earn $3k or $5k in less than three months.

We might be tempted to increase the participation fee for Division 1 players and maybe even introduce a minor fee for Division 2 participants down the road.
However, we'd rather that everybody has some fun and gets something out of it than having a 5k$ difference between the 1st and 7th spot in the 1st Division.

We think that a big draw to the competition is that every few months there is some reward for all of us. Kinda sends positive vibes and makes for good banter among the BTT community.

We might have something up our sleeves soon for the more competitive ones, but it won't be a part of the BSFL. We'll let you know if it materializes.

For example Roland Garros have curfew when matches should be stopped at 11 PM, but as I understand it doesn't counts for indoor tournaments.
But after watching WTA Finals, I understand that ATP is ages ahead them . Tiny stadium looks like made for 250 torunament, not Finals and players have to fight not only against their opponent, but also huge wind. I probably I haven't seen tournament with top players and so many 6:0 sets .

It was more like a coin flip betting on tennis games in Paris honestly so many swings in their result, I wouldn't say it is unusual to see such results, but the anomaly here is beyond the usual I've ever witnessed, at least there is still a Djokovic match to see, if not, I don't think I'll be watch any other match in the tournament, their different courts doesn't seem of equal measurement, I don't even know if there is a specific standard for tennis court measurement, but with the games I watched in Paris, I can make an informative guess that the court sizes aren't the same, even if there is a standard measurement range enforced by the ITF for ATP and WTA tours, I'm sure the courts in Paris even they meet the standard ranges aren't of equal sizes across all courts, as it is obviously very tough for the professionals to make lob shots that they do make on other courts with significant force without the ball going wide or out.

I agree. I don't follow tennis that much, but you can't make a player play a game 14 hours after he has played the last game. How did that happen anyway? Was it some sort of change in the schedule?
