We have now seen similar excuse multiple times so it can definitely happen guys. Just make sure to see your name with timestamp in the sheet after submitting and there shouldn't be any surprises then.

I kinda noticed that if we take longer time on filling in the answers, the spreadsheet wont record our answers immediately after we click submit for some reason. We need to either click it once again or even close the tab then open a new tab but the answers normally has been recorded on the question form though.

This happened to me on 4th round as well but ever since this anomaly had happened to me once last season, I was kinda aware of it so yeah the only way to avoid this is by making sure our names are recorded on the answer's sheet

Also try hard refreshing the site (ctrl+F5). It clears your cache for that specific webpage only.
People are submitting throughout the day so it has to be some local problem.

Got my first loss this season, but still keep lead in Division 2. Now I need to get back on track, but won't be easy at all as I'm facing @jeremypwr.
I hope that I figured out with time of deadline. If I understand everything correctly, deadline for me now is 1 hour later than used before. Anyway, seems that this round there is no point waiting until deadline. Only snooker started before deadline, but if something unexpected will happen so early, VAR can be used.

To those facing spreadsheet problems (Google sheet, and any kind of sheet really, like the one in Livecasino sigcamp, which also gives weird issues): It can be helpful to clear your cache and cookies. For me, I even just sign in on a fresh browser if it really gives me problems. And definitely, check submissions on the sheet to confirm it went through. Takes you an extra couple of seconds but it saves you unnecessary disappointment.

Facing a player who knows the "pain" of penalties, I have had a couple of them, they are perhaps the reason why I am facing today in div 3B the only player in the history of BSFL who has gone through all the divisions . Anyway, (good luck)/0 to you too.

We had the time change from winter to summer so be careful not to miss it.
Considering that I'm really bad with timezones, in local time the Newcastle - Everton game starts at 20:30. You need to submit 1,5 hours before that.
I really hope that's 17:00 GMT, otherwise I need to go back to school.

I'm relieved for not missing this change.    Because after forgetting to make prediction and what it cost me in the previous season I'm trying to be extra careful to not miss the deadline. Penalties are even heavier this season so it is also helping me to focus on making my prediction in time. This week I'm playing against jayce who is the only person without a single loss in Division 1. I will try to get my team ready after an exhausting week.

Not really, top seeds are free in first round, and none of them will start a match before deadline. It is only easier if you plan on going against the favorits.

I think it was time time for me to change things a bit too, I decided to deviate a bit from what I believe would have been my typical answers or mindset to answer the questions, simply because the result haven't been favorable and I'm sure I should have done better in a number of rounds already, let's see what the new approach or change would bring

I have to say, it feels great to submit the answers way ahead of the deadline so I don't have to stress about forgetting them.

The prospect of losing 1 mBTC if I don't submit on time worked wonders for me. Others with a tendency to procrastinate should consider the same.
