I finished the day 1/1, Salzburg won and almighty Spain can't get separated from Germany in 90 minutes, still nothing to separate my opponent and I here.

When I saw that Shubman Gill failed to score a century, I thought it was a typo. I mean, how can you score a century? Is there also a decade? I hope that no cricket fan will be mad at me for saying that, but it really sound funny

Anyhow, I was really surprised to see a H2H question about cricket. I know that both Trofo and cryptofrka don't know much about it so I'm sure that it wasn't easy to write a H2H question about it.

The only reason why the century score term didn't surprise me much was because of many times I've seen it snooker questions and bets, so I believe it's supposed to be quite similar when you think about how cricket scores usually ends with stuff like 990-1000

With the opponent I have ahead of me, I couldn't have started better at 4/4, although right on my heels (4-3), and it seems the HH will decide the winner. Anyway, Wednesday... and things are looking good so far...

I hate my starts in BSFL this season. Last round I had 0/4 now I have 0/2. What is worse I usually manage to recover from that deficit but is it too much to ask to have one round without giving ny opponent a handicap on first few questions?

I love when people try to explain cricket. I literally don't understand half of the words.
I watched some of it, and kinda have a clue about the game itself. But some of these terms that are being used are like cricket fans have a secret language of their own.

I just noticed my silly pick for question 5. I was waiting on the Spain - Greece tie to be completed and forgot to fully read the questions, thought it was which teams will make it to the final, should have remembered that only works that way for H2H questions.

Only 1 point scored so far but that is enough to give me a narrow lead. We still have lots of different answers so this can still tip either way before the end.

Spain were not at their very best, credit going to the German women for putting them off their game despite their light squad. I should start to trust the underdogs more, Italy not to lose was a very probable answer in hind sight for question 2.

I know Anglo-Saxon guys invented some cool stuff, but cricket is not one of them.

No doubt currently you are clueless in cricket just because of this its worst for you but believe me once you will be fallen in love you will be addicted to this game.
Even it's not easy for newbies to understand because of having three formats but still its fan base is increasing and currently more than 2 billion peoples in love with this game which is insane for me as well but its good and interesting game need some time to understand.
I am happy Cro2 now regularly bringing questions related to this game hopefully things will be much better in coming days and you guys will be felt good at coming days as Asia Cup and T20i World cup are coming in next few months.

Man, my Spain selection won but not in regular time and not with handicap covered. I have to stop going with Spain every time in every sport, I am becoming too predictable in my picks these days.

I'm honestly surprised that almost everybody picked Salzburg to win, and also that I'm the only one from the LMS crew that had Spain to win with a handicap. That point will be tough to get back in a round like this.

I am on opposite side, both my bets and answer is Hungary. I watched Hungary play a lot and they have uncanny ability to score whenever they feel like it. There is no other team that will take that many low percentage shots and score most of them. Still a bit of uncertainty for me here since I did not see Spain play on this tournament.

But I don't see a way how anyone can beat this Hungary side if their shots continue to go in. Maybe if Spain defense is super solid or their goal keeper pulls some heroics.

 I think both teams have an equal chance of winning. Although according to the bookies, Spain is the favorite with around a 55% chance.
 
 Most likely, the team with more energy left will win, and it’ll all come down to the final quarter.

Though personally, I’ll be cheering for Hungary — just because my opponent bet on Spain

Heh, just means a hundred runs. 50 and 100 are milestone runs for batters. No less funny than a football hattrick (what's that, a trick of hats?) or a tennis bagel (really, zero looks like a bagel? Zero looks like a zero).

I thought that was obvious, but I don't know much about the home team. Also Spain played really well, as they typically do, but I guess their failure to score against Switzerland should have been a warning sign they can't really score well against tall defensive players. I'm definitely not doing well against vd309.

Waterpolo: if Hungary don't beat Spain today, I probably should concede the round. Hopefully their tougher draws mean they're on form... I'm not sure I like the odds now though... almost 3/1 heh. I'm actually watching HRT now (HT Montenegro leading 6-5), testing a stream before the game starts. What an awful spectacle if I'm honest, though, so not sure I'm watching much of Spain-Hungary! Oversized guys in undersized... pants... Also, didn't know this was in Singapore!

I hope that you will be wrong and that Hungary will win. Bookies doesn't favor them, but after I watched them destroy Croatia, I decided to go with them. Besides, it's water polo and it's Hungary. They really are a strong team. I didn't watch Spain play so I'm not sure. But I really hope to get a 4-1 lead against you today

So, Hungary fell apart in the last quarter of the game against Spain. I didn't watch the first half which ended with Spain leading 7-6. After that, in the third period Hungary managed to get into the lead. I even think that they were leading by 2 points at one point. But then in the last period they fell apart when Spain equalized. After that they started making mistakes and Spain won easily in the end. Too bad for me, good for you paco92x

Let's see today H2H and the waterpolo question how they left us.

Spain with the comeback in the 4th period or whatever it is called in waterpolo to win the title gives me the most needed advantage I need to go ahead in this round and I'll take giving how marginal all of my last 2 victories have been.

When I checked the result, it was Hungary with the 1 point lead before they began the period and I was worried that I could fall behind, but not today I suppose.

Probably the right time to do some hedge betting as I don't have much faith in Levski Sofia and Lugano not to lose.

But it is a worthy gamble, especially when there are no clauses on number of goals or both teams to score, just the underdogs not to lose in regular time. Only thing is mafia allows that option when it the scales are far too tipped in one direction making it difficult to chose that. An impossible choice sometimes.

When Hungary took the lead, I was sure it was over for Spain—but as mentioned, their players were a bit fresher, and ultimately, that was the breaking point. It's 3-2 Slackovic; I'm still not a goner!

New type of water polo? I had no idea that something changed. Too me it's interesting to watch only when I have something to gain from it - a point in the BSFL or if the Croatian national team is playing. Other than that, it's not that interesting.

Yeah, I know it's 3-2. I hope that I can keep the lead and win in the end. I really need a win!
