I went with some pre-Olympic medals forecasting so let's see how far from it we end up.

The deadline is over.. About the gold over and under 20.5- 21.5 wasn't that bad but norway has never won more than 16 gold medals in a winter olympics and that is still the record.. but I laughed when I read if Norway will get over or under 67.5 medals😂 Where did you get that number from?😁 medal record for Norway is total 39 medals some years ago, and this year they have a goal to get total 35 medals  (gold, silver and bronze) and that's already a high number.. but I think most people here understand that over 67.5 medals was too much😁

Round 14 answers are in. I submitted them earlier but didn’t have the time to write — these days are long in my day-to-day job. Firstly, I would like to wish good luck to my opponent, entebah. He is struggling to keep his place in Div. 3, so he is definitely more focused on our duel than me. This will not be an easy match for either of us — there is much at stake here.

Many of our answers are different, so there will be much to watch for this week.

I ran through some competition predictions - seemed extremely excessive to me but then I saw there's like a billion of biathlon disciplines and thought you'll win like 40 medals from that alone.
I knew I'd be close with the gold ones, so I put that there to 'protect' the question from absurdity

That was a good call, otherwise it would have been the silliest BSFL question of them all. Had to try I guess, and some did fall into the trap though because that is practically impossible to research properly.
Unfortunately my opponent did not and went with under/under, which seems to be the right call.

Yeah I also thought that 67.5 medals was a bit too much myself and after a little search I found that they hadn't even been over that number before. But the gold medal total is gonna mess me up I went over on that, but good thing my opponent picked over 67.5 so it's cool either way.

I picked the winter Olympics question without any research and went over on both the total medal count and the number of gold medals, luckily my opponent had the same idea so we would either both be getting a point or losing one. We also had the same idea with the Real - Benfica question so the week does not start until the Milan match up tomorrow.

Not the start I was expecting in that Benfica match, guess they all can't be like the Galatasaray match earlier or even the PSG match with so many goals. But on the flip side my opponent and I have the same answer for the Benfica match so I'm very much relieved with that just need some goals 2nd half.

That it the benefit of being out of other competitions, except I am not able to transform the light schedule into results on the table. I find I am unlucky in both games I am familiar with and those I am not.

Yeah true, we just like Manchester United that are left with one competition to participate in. It's actually has its own benefits, you have a lot of time to prepare for the next game. We really need to be making the best of it, it should be able to reflect in the results after having enough time to prepare.
Your lucky days will surely come as well because for me it comes and goes.

Requirement is simple, you first just need to visit the sports section at least once a week to view it. After claiming, you get the message of the requirements, between 1-3 games and total odd of not more than 3.5.
I usually pick just one game that falls on the border of risky and go all in.

Thanks for shedding more light mate, I think I now understand it better. For me picking a single game is risky I will not go all in as you said I prefer selecting multiple games.

It shows as present icon on ticket when you are inside the odds. If you go over/under requirements you just don't see it. They showed you the requirements first time you have seen it but maybe you just clicked ok without reading.

Yeah, I hope we do not get rusty playing so little matches across weeks. The team has to tuck it in and get more points on the board.Lots of drama in Portugal after that Vini goal. It is almost certain something inappropriate was said in the midst of all of that, hopefully a mic was close enough to pick it up. The while situation seems to have fired up the Madrid team and disoriented Benfica for the time being.

As much as is possible, football should be just about the football being played.

Damn Benfica couldn't score a single goal at home, and I really hope Mbappe and others would score a few more goals.
I only have two or three different answers and it is not going to be easy to recover and win a point.

I was lucky this time, but I felt this was going to be a trap match with goals after they had a goal party match last time they met, and all I thought was that it wouldn't happen again. 😂

Yeah, I went with Milan to win because they still haven't lost a single game in this year. The last game that they lost was the Italian supercup game vs. Napoli. They had more draws than wins in the last ten games so I guess there is a possibility for them to end up with another draw. They even end up with a draw against Fiorentina who is at the bottom of the Serie A table.

No problem,,, I know the brave is who the points go to, I thought choosing Benfica was brave but now thinking along with the possibilities I now see that asking Real to win while keeping a clean sheet was the braver choice to make.

I don't even know at all how many medals are still available, and I haven't looked it up either, so the answer is completely random, and that's how it is for sports I don't understand
