That first H2H was such a sweat, but at least I didn't concede a point after underestimating Juventus. I should be able to catch up in the second half, thanks to Wilson stepping up in the snooker tournament.

Yep, exactly the same feeling for me. After I answered correctly first 2 games, I thought its just a formality to win the question, but it was Brighton that saved me in the end.

Since I now have 3-0 lead and there are only 3 different answers left, I secured at least a draw. I will hedge ofc, but it sucks that I can't really include F1 question.

Yeah, I don't think that notblox1 has read my post about it. I saw his answer when the spreadsheet was published and I was quite surprised to see that he went with the players that dropped out of the tournament even before our deadline. It's a price to pay for not doing the proper research. If someone asked me to name two snooker players without research, I would probably say Trumb and Selby as they are probably most well known snooker players. But this time, it paid off to do some research.

The thing is sometimes, when you get stuck and checking the answers to the questions to see how many points you’ve won so far, chances are that you’ll meet with more dissatisfaction than waiting for the round to be over first before checking. This has happened to me but when I need a win so badly because I don’t get to control myself not to keep checking the spreadsheet over again. To be on a winning streak is very difficult but when you get one, you’ll wish they never end but sometimes the least round you least expect not to lose in will treat you harshly. You will already see the loss coming in the first few questions.

Wilson won easily in this year's Masters but I think Higgins' game doesn't really suit him. I'd say this is as close to a 50-50 as it gets, especially if Higgins gets in the rhythm early.

Luckily for me you learned a valuable lesson by making a mistake against me. OK, it's not such a big of a deal. It's only one point, but it was an important point that gave me this victory. No fucking way man, i cant believe i ended up losing this round, is just unbelieable how i blew up my started distance of two goals against the mafia guy, or maybe he just make some calls so he can win this with some tricks and brivery as always.

I went with a NO in the Getafe brighton game after seeing the Brighton failing the past round to score and win against a much weaker Jablonec, and this time against Getafe wich is a much better team and super solid in defense i was not expecting to see them winning in the away condition.

Well now just i need to collect more points for the LMS.

I was surprised how Bookies made changB the favorite against a higher seeded player like Higgins - I made a post about it but on the wrong thread; surely there was something bookies didn't tell us..

I can't win this round anymore after Higgins won and gave my opponent the lead with only one different answer left; if Russell wins I will get a draw anything else is a disaster for me..

Yep it was hosemary that nailed 10 greens on S7 round round 5. There was two h2h questions on that round and he even got 5/5 perfect answers on one and 4/5 on the other one.

There are actually 11 of us on LMS that will get another point from this snooker question if Wilson wins the game but its gonna be only asiska that will get that extra point if Higgins win.

There is - to see your opponent forgetting to submit his answers, because even if you have a great round, he can still have a better one. With him forgetting, you are 100% sure that you won the round and just chill for the rest of the week, instead having to watch snooker, dota 2, women's tennis or whatever odd "sport" mafia included.  

Joke aside, hope you get 10/10, because that would mean I also won my game.
