Good support, good publicity and  instant withdrawal would be all useless if the site do offers shit games or doesnt really give out that good user experience in speaking on the selection of games and overall

looks of a particular site.You shouldn't really just focus on some corners but you should focus more on what offer does it have to give into the masses or to the public.If you would really just only focus
on some parts and leaving up the most crucial one then it would be pointless and useless because people would really just simply flock away and would find another good place to have.

you know, it is not only about casinos, it is an approach one can find in many services on the internet which have become popular in a relatively short period of time. This is my theory on what happens:

The casino starts with a fixed number of staffers in each department and when the number of gamblers increases a lot, then in the minds of those in charge of the administration, it makes more sense to improve the servers, the general aspect of the website and increase the security of it.

The approach is: "Let us improve all, so no one will have a problem and noting can go wrong with our new user base". That way the customer service department stays almost the same, because it is not expected to face an increase of problems caused by the web itself and the interactions.

But in reality, it is a matter of statistics and human behavior that there will be always more things to solve when there are gamblers/clients to carter.

Maybe the casino needs to improve its customer service if there are already a lot of complaints about customer service being unable to help its customers. This will help increase the customer's trust.
Customer satisfaction may be related to how customer service can answer customer questions because they can only communicate with customer service agents first and then problems can be forwarded to related parties.
If this customer support is very good, customers can get the right answers to their questions.
This will also make them play gambling longer because they already believe the casino can satisfy them.
So having reliable customer support in dealing with customers can help casinos operate because customers can get the answers they are looking for.

well that's it. when you want to start your own casino site, what you really need to pay attention to is customer support, which is always active and always patient with customer problems or complaints.

like myself when anything happens I prefer to go to customer support and ask about my complaint. but it really sucks when the customer support is very slow to respond to problems and sometimes just reply the same few words and can't solve my problem or complaint.

so, in conclusion responsive customer support should always be a concern before setting up your own casino.

Mate, you have said well. I just want to add that although customer support bots work well in some cases, especially if it's a bot that uses AI with natural language processing, I would recommend to use such bots on gambling sites yet.
