Indian women's cricket team has already entered Bangladesh to play five T20 matches with Bangladesh women's team and they have played one match. All the matches of the five-match T20 series between these two women's teams will be held at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium. In the first T20 match between Bangladesh Women's team and Indian Women's team, India Women's team batted first and scored 145 runs for 7 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. The target set by India may not have been much but the Bangladesh women's team once again proved relatively weak. After going down to bat against the small run target given by India, the Bangladesh women's team scored only 101 runs for eight wickets at the end of twenty overs. Nigar Sultana tried to fight for Bangladesh Women's team, Nigar Sultana scored 51 runs off 48 balls and was dismissed by Pooja Bhastrakar. Very disappointing result for the Dutch women at the ICC Women's T20 World Cup Qualifier. Today they went down against the United Arab Emirates Women by a massive margin of 10 wickets. Thailand Women on the other hand got their first win after they were able to defeat the Uganda Women. As of  now, Sri Lanka and Ireland are at the top of Group A and Group B respectively. And both these teams have only played two matches each so far. They maybe the favorites to qualify as well.
